Hi
everyone! We’re under the umbrella of the Cancerian Sun so focus is on home and
family...home is where the heart is.
What’s
been happening: Big changes we’re still integrating! Have we turned into a
smoothie yet???
Well, we’ve been through
some almighty changes, particularly since 20th May when the 4 week eclipse cycle
started, turning us upside down in our thoughts and emotions. In the middle we experienced the Transit of Venus opening our
hearts, followed by the intensification of the Uranus/Pluto challenge, forcing
us to make radical changes both personally and collectively.
The play out of all these
influences is yet to come into manifestation. We are still integrating/adjusting
to the shift that has taken place. The full import may not be fully evident
until November when we have the final eclipse in the cycle of Gemini/Sagittarius
eclipses of the past 2 and a half years.
To help us
get going, cranking the car: Over the past few weeks, Mars moved out
of retrograde shadow, Saturn moved direct and finally Venus moved direct last
week.
The bottom line...things are
on the move!!!
3rd July: Mars moves into
Libra...hallelujah!!! 10.32 pm AEST...until 24th August
...expect life to take on
radical changes for the better! the prospect of peace...
What’s been happening for the past 7 months with Mars in Virgo: Foot soldiers walking through mud!!! Overcoming struggle, fighting and oppression!
We’ve had Mars in Virgo
since November last year an extended period of time where we’ve been working on
the body, our physical lives and our masculine energies and drive. For most of
us it’s been hard work either dealing with transmuting the warrior energies
through the body or through the way we operate in the world. We’ve been foot
soldiers slogging it out in a never ending war on what has seemed a never ending
road to...???
The traditional masculine
energy of getting things moving, driving projects along, making things happen,
has taken a beating and been forced to step back and review the efficacy of
previous ways and means of achieving success in the world.
With Mars moving into Libra
today...balance, negotiation and compromise are more accessible! Take off the
army boots!
Expect a lightening up from
the dense earth energies we’ve been negotiating. We’re likely to be
experiencing a new sense of lightness, throwing off the sense of heaviness that
has dogged our footsteps for so long. Libra is an air sign which will uplift our
energies and in particular our thinking.
Libra is ruled by
Venus...expect a renewed interest in and focus on love, beauty and harmony.
Under this influence we’ll find the ‘proof of the pudding’ in terms of these
past months of inner work tempering our masculine fighting instinct. We may
well find that things that once bothered us, no longer seem important. The
rising irritation, frustration and yes, anger which has been so present these
past months is likely to be tempered by the more insistent need for harmony,
peace, calm and loving connection.
Mars in Libra is likely to help us negotiate the potentially shocking
energy of this Full Moon which comes to fullness just a few hours afters Mars
shift into Libra.

Yes! We will be LETTING GO!!!
Clarity
followed by the urge to take action!
Full Moons are culminating
energies, bringing something to a head, to a point of completion which plays out
for the ensuing two weeks until the next New Moon. So, what’s happening with
this one?
This Full Moon is
guaranteeing we LET GO as it forms a challenging T-square with two other
cardinal signs (signs which promote action and change)! There’s no way we can
avoid this powerful energy which comes hot on the heels of the past two weeks of
radical solutions challenging conservative energies.
Pluto
close to the Full Moon in Capricorn: the ‘old must die!!! Liberate the bones
and ghosts of the past! Deep emotions surface for
release!
The full moon with Pluto is
likely to illuminate/bring up deeply embedded values, attitudes. memories and
beliefs from within the subconscious. Pluto adds depth and intensity to this
experience. Insights are highly likely. Breakdowns/breakthroughs offer us
liberation from old thought forms, conditioning which have been holding us
back.
Capricorn puts our focus on
physical security, material concerns, work, public life, respect and
reputation. So, the emotions which may arise will be around these issues,
possibly bringing up fears, doubts and insecurities. Observe, feel, acknowledge
the emotions and just let them go!!! Then FOCUS and call in the radical
solutions offered by Uranus.
The Sun in
Cancer: is giving focus to our home, family and emotional
security.
With the Sun opposite the
Full Moon, you may well find issues around home, family and all kinds of
security issues being brought out into the open.
Uranus in
Aries: Sudden and expected, wildfire happenings...anything could happen!
Get
ready, get set and...go! Freedom beckons!
Breathe and take stock
first!
Uranus challenges the Full
Moon/Pluto and the Sun to find radical solutions to long term problems,
balancing domestic/public, home/work, emotional/physical security. There will
be an urge to act, to access the courage you’ve been seeking in order to take
the leap of faith. Remember to be aware, Aries is impulsive energy and wants us
to act immediately.
Mars in Libra: Within striking distance of the other 3
planets...lending balance and moderation to the explosive nature of this Full
Moon line up!
In Libra, the fiery
masculine warrior energy is tempered by Libran moderation and desire for a
win/win situation. This will be a positive support for
tempering the Uranus in Aries energy...balance is brought into the picture.
With this energy, we have an underlying drive to find harmonious solutions to
the destructive energies of the Full Moon configuration.

The
potency of this Full Moon cannot be denied. The Moon will conjunct Pluto in
Capricorn as it squares Uranus in Aries, and opposes the Sun in Cancer. With the
Full Moon at 12 degrees and Uranus and Pluto squared off at 8 degrees, anyone
with personal planets in Libra around 6-14 degrees is really going catch some
flack here. This is for good or ill, as energy is neutral until directed. I have
planets in Libra at those degrees and I’m looking forward to this.
Generally speaking, Uranus is involved so it’s virtually impossible to predict how the energy of the Full Moon will manifest but I can give you some ideas.
- Family (Cancer /Moon) pathology (Pluto) may erupt unexpectedly (Uranus).
- Your mother (Moon) may shock you (Uranus) by healing herself, or otherwise unleashing her coiled-up-serpent power.
- War is a possibility, as is violent upheaval home or the emotional front.
- You may be liberated Uranus) from pathology (Pluto) that has blocked (Capricorn) you.
- Families may break apart under the stress, but they may also come back together for the same reason.
- Accidents waiting to happen, probably will
- Decay of all kinds is accelerated but so is healing.
- More detaching from the Mother Ship, whoever, or whatever may be filling that role for you.
