20th January 2013 Sun moves into Aquarius

Hi everyone!

Prepare to start lightening up! The Sun is moving into Aquarius...so prepare to start flying again!

What’s been happening: Capricorn’s been ruling the energies keeping us earthbound, challenging our mastery of the earthly!
Heavy and steady has been the call, the long and winding road with a heavy backpack! Capricorn has been putting us through our paces testing our mastery, challenging us to take our authority in the earthly dimension.

These past few weeks, we’ve had so many planets in Capricorn, it’s quite likely you’ve felt weighed down by the burdens of the world. Capricorn is a hard taskmaster, challenging us to ground and structure our lives. It’s also an earthbound energy keeping us very much focussed on the everyday, mundane world, on our earthly bodies and the earth herself!

However, Capricorn can be a heavy, serious energy which just doesn’t let us lighten up. It can be hard to find the smile and laughter when there’s this much Capricorn dominating the skies, because for Capricorn, life is a serious business!!!

We’ve been healing the dense energies in our bodies, minds and hearts and in the body of the earth itself.

This quote encapsulates what I feel we’ve been up to...clearing, clearing, clearing:
Clear the air! Clean the sky! Wash the wind!
Take the stone from the stone and wash them.
The land is foul, the water is foul, our beasts
and ourselves defiled with blood.
And:
Clear the air! Clean the sky! Wash the wind! Take
the stone from the stone,
take the skin from the arm, take the muscle from
the bone, and wash them.
Wash the stone, wash the bone, wash the brain,
wash the soul, wash them wash them!

The Capricorn astrology since mid- November: Nose to the grindstone!
Since mid-November we’ve had what we call the ‘personal’ planets moving through Capricorn, Mars followed by Mercury and then Venus meeting up with the slower moving Pluto who is in Capricorn for the long haul.
The Sun added impetus to this line-up when he moved in there on 21st December. There just hasn’t been a lot of let-up from nose to the grindstone.

Bottom line: The personal planets rule body, mind and heart! In Capricorn, cell memories and karmic ties/contracts are releasing!
In Capricorn, these planets have been (in cahoots with Pluto, planet of transformation/death/rebirth and Saturn, planet of karma) stirring up/dredging up all manner of cell memories in our bodies and in Mother Earth’s body!!!

Mars, now in Aquarius since the end of December: Mars, ruling the body kicked off the Capricorn experience in mid November. This fired us up!
This masculine energy is now in Aquarius, freeing up the masculine energies in radical thinking and freeing the masculine spirit from the ‘old ways’. However, it’s been hard to really take off while so many other planets have been slogging through Capricorn, especially with Venus triggering so many planets.

Venus: ruling the heart moved into Capricorn around 10 days into January
This past week: intensity with Venus clearing the decks and scoring points like a pinball wizard!
This past week there’s been a lot of Venus activity in relation to Uranus, Chiron, Pluto and Saturn!!!

Venus, the ball in the pinball machine, has been pinging from one planet to the next and scoring points for our particular cleansing process. Wherever you hurt, trust that huge heart energies are being shifted this week. Did you have a breakdown/breakthrough. It felt a bit like ‘I’ve had enough and not going to take it anymore!’. But guess what...we’re still here!!!

Mercury - ruling the mind has been in Capricorn since 1st January 2013.

Mercury’s had us on edge: If you haven’t had that feeling you’re losing your mind, headaches, sinus, mental blocks, shift in thinking, feeling out of balance, nervous for no reason, edgy, irritable...don’t worry...you’ve had a fortunate run through this transit.

Being in two minds about ?....almost everything: Push me, pull me energy backwards and forwards has been clearing our heads. Mercury has been working on our minds, thinking, beliefs, nervous systems, our dual operating systems of masculine/feminine.

Healing the patriarchal damage: Forgiveness
Capricorn rules the patriarchy, the father, authority, systems, rules, belief systems, tradition, governance and big systems, structures/organisations. These are the areas we have been addressing in the healing process over these past weeks. Rigidly held beliefs within our physical being, our cell memories, are being released and being called up for attention and forgiveness. We are all oppressed and oppressors in our cell memories.

Repairing the marriage of masculine/feminine: The divine feminine energy coming in with the December light energies has been flushing out discordant energies and bringing in balance with divine love, compassion and forgiveness. As the masculine energies/memories within our minds and hearts come into contact with the divine feminine, they are brought back into balance and harmony and are re-empowered in a whole new way.
Physically: the heat surges/cold shivers syndrome has been ongoing for many as we receive the light downloads.

Balancing right and left sides of mind, body:
As well, you may have had difficulties with the Mercury in Capricorn energies which could have affected breathing, thinking, clarity of mind, mental focus, balance, the inner ‘Gollum’ voices of the higher/lower mind in dispute. See above, Mercury, for further symptoms.
Likely that the head/forehead/back of head/base of skull may be experiencing energies associated with the third eye/pineal gland and the eyes/pituitary gland.

The Earth - Australia on fire and the ground burning hot:
‘Baptism by fire’ - the headline in the Sydney Morning Herald last week

This Summer we’ve had some major challenges with intense unprecedented heat across the country along with hundreds of bushfires some raging out of control. The country’s still burning as I write.

It felt to me like the influx of the divine feminine spiritual energies have been flushing out the locked in masculine energies within the earth and challenging everyone to reach for the water, to pray/beg for relief from the inescapable heat and for many, the fire. There has been nowhere to go to escape the potential fire risk, let alone the heat.

If we remember that the masculine is fire energy/the Sun and the feminine is water energy/the Moon, then we need to keep bringing in the spiritual energy of water for Australia and for the planet. Fire is passion and water is emotion. We need both, in balance and harmony.

Rebalancing the earth: This is not just about Australia. We’ve had unprecedented weather across the planet. Whatever happens in one continent is the earth ‘speaking’ and rebalancing for the whole planet. And so the clearing continues. The earth is changing and we don’t really know what the future holds with the extreme weather.

What’s coming in: The Aquarian connection...the freedom of the cosmos calls us to the stars!

The personal planets are gradually shifting, one by one, into Aquarius. Mercury moves in tomorrow to join Mars, more than halfway through Aquarius, with Venus joining up later in early March.

19th January: Mercury moves into Aquarius until 5th February at 6.25 pm AEDT

...the ‘little prince’ sends a message from his star...the message of the cosmos, uplifting vision and universal love!

Quick! Make the most of this speedy energy! It’s all thinking, expanded thinking, myriad ideas all tumbling in one on top of one other.

Mercury’s the mind, communication, travel and movement. It’s lightning fast and quick thinking with a capacity for adaptability in thinking, turning ideas around and exploring a variety of options.

In Aquarius, Mercury is happy! The mind can take off and explore a whole range of possibilities through the mental processes. Mercury delights in the radical thinking offered by the Aquarian energies and opens up the field of limitless possibilities.

Communication may be a little ‘electric’ and emotionally detached. Be aware of any abruptness, impatience in conversing with others. Aquarius loves people and humanity, but tends to keep that distance which gives it the big picture rather than getting up close and personal.

Boundaries: However, Aquarius carries a capacity to resonate with the plight of the human condition, to be compassionate without sinking into the emotional ‘field’/potential minefield of others through personal contact. This is powerfully reinforcing in maintaining boundaries in relation to others. We can keep a clear head around decision making.

Mercury in Aquarius will help strengthen the mind, a welcome relief from so much body work of the past month. Even with Venus still in Capricorn, we’re likely to be in a clearer state of mind than we have been.

20th January: Sun moves into Aquarius at 8.51 am AEDT...the freedom of the skies calls us to lift off!

This energy is definitely going to feel like a real release from the earthbound ‘hard yard’ energies of Capricorn which have been an intense focus of these past few weeks.

Alternative solutions: Aquarius is an energy of air, a ‘mental’ sign which ignites the mind to expand the parameters of thinking and to break through limitation. It invites inventive thinking and provides leading edge solutions to problems that seemed insurmountable.

Liberate the mind: Aquarius rules liberation, rebellion, individuality, the unique and the unconventional. This energy gives us the opening to think ‘outside the box’, something that’s probably been difficult to do this past month.

Break out of the social conditioning: What a great energy to come in after Capricorn which is embedded with convention and tradition. Don’t you just love the way this universe brings balance to us all. Yes, we need to acknowledge and utilise tradition, but not at the expense of finding new frontiers to explore.

Expect the unexpected!: The Aquarius energy can be impetuous, spontaneous, impulsive and impatient. Yes! more excitement in our lives! We’re being called to claim our unique perspective, our crazy eccentricity that makes us who we are

New page: latest message from Lauren Gorgo
‘2013 where soul meets body’

It’s only a short read which really resonates with me and what I feel is happening energetically and astrologically.

A couple of quotes below:

‘The unseens also mention that there are many of you reading this who are searching in earnest for the next step to your journey/purpose, feeling the urgency to move forward/make changes, but with NO IDEA what that means or how. They are making it very clear to me that this is not the time to do that…that the uncertainty that surrounds us now is all the clarity we need to truly honor the stillness.’

‘We have entered into unity and downloaded the first waves of cosmic LOVE. Since that initial blast of LOVE, a lot of human heaviness has been kicked up all around us…the difference now is that we have a definite choice/ability to steer clear of it all.’

Upcoming Dates:
27th January: Full Moon in Leo
30th January: Jupiter direct in Gemini
That’s it folks until the Full Moon next week!

Hoping you feel the increasing lightness coming up this weekend onwards into increasing Aquarian energy. We will have a few challenges when the Aquarian energy squares off to Saturn in Scorpio, in the last week of January. Trusting it won’t impact on the physical dimension quite so much.

Love and blessings to us all ‘on the road’ which, to me, has been feeling like the long and winding road, with a heavy backpack!

At least we’ve been getting moments of release and upliftment interspersed with the dense energies surfacing and releasing!
