12th July 2014 Full Moon in Capricorn

Hi everyone!  We’re still floating under the Cancer Sun until 23rd July.

Hold this peaceful picture in your hearts and minds over the next couple of weeks as we shift gears with planetary changes piling in over a short period of time.

It’s all GOOD!  Finally we’re on the move over the upcoming month.

What’s been happening:

Backs to the wall:
We’ve been on the back foot for a while and many people are feeling backs to the wall, noses to the grindstone and seemingly getting nowhere fast. Many have been questioning their current position in life and looking for possible pathways for movement forward.  It’s not just about work, home, money, family.  It’s about fulfilment on all levels of our being.

Inner changes to our thinking, emotions and spiritually:
We’ve been in a holding pattern for months, undergoing huge inner changes which are about to start manifesting on the physical in the upcoming weeks and months.

What’s coming in:
Planetary changes in July:   Get ready!  Get set!  We’re on a roller coaster of change over the next weeks with planets changing signs and direction.

Upcoming week:
This upcoming week we have a Full Moon in Capricorn followed by two planets changing signs.  Mercury moves into Cancer for a few weeks and Jupiter moves out of Cancer and into Leo for the next year.

The movement of Jupiter is significant as Jupiter is an indicator of broad changes to the social milieu, attitudes and values. Jupiter takes a year to move through a sign which means it puts a focus on that sign for the next year.

12th July:    Full Moon in Capricorn
at 9.24 pm AEST at 20 degrees 03 Capricorn
A supermoon

Lifting our sights and our feet:  Up to the mountain top!

Gonna’ climb that mountain!  Are we there yet?????
We’ve been climbing some mountains and exploring some deep valleys in the past 7 months.  Yes, for the past years, a lifetime, we’ve been reaching for the pinnacle.

Moon in Capricorn/earth and Sun in Cancer/water
The sure footed goat is likely to give us a sense of security and a feeling that we’re safe, something much needed by the Cancerian Sun as emotional insecurities can arise under this full moon.

Let the earthy goat lead:
The Capricorn energy takes charge of the moon, Cancer’s ruler and sometimes source of overwhelming emotions for the Cancerian energies. Of course, we have to give permission for the goat to take charge!

Saturn, Capricorn’s ruler:  Lord of Karma brings a release, an ending.
Release the old paradigm of hard work!
Saturn also rules the patriarchal structures, ‘old order’ and tradition, belief systems around work.

A good time to let go of the Capricorn workaholic exhaustion.  It’s got to be easier.

Illumination of our place on this earth:
Power and authority!
This Full Moon is lighting up our place on earth, showing us the way, giving us the bigger picture from a safe lookout atop the mountain peak.  Take hold of the truths likely to come to light at this full moon.  Light your torch of truth and go forward from now.

Your personal path to success:
Where you can shine
Make the most of this energy to gain insight into where you’ll find success in your life, where you can activate your authentic self, your authority and power.  The planetary forces are helping us all both at the full moon and in the ensuing days and weeks.

Post full moon planetary support:
Jupiter moving into Leo just after the full moon will take hold of this information and be ready to light your way forward.
On 21st July, Capricorn’s ruler, Saturn will be moving direct.  This is physical manifestation becoming available to us.

The Pinnacle calls: Capricorn likes the peaks!
Capricorn likes being a winner!
Time to access success for you!
Calling all climbers!  We’re nearly there.  Our Capricorn goat is calling us to reach for the highest peak and to maintain ambition, willpower and focus as we reach for success in our lives.  Capricorn is very turned onto success in the physical world and that covers all aspects including financial and material security and acknowledgement.  What does success mean for you?

Move confidently through emotional glitches:
If any glitches appear at this time, trust the Capricorn goat can pull us through the doubts and insecurities by reaffirming our entitlement to feeling successful, being successful in our lives.  Whatever success means to you, the authentic you, is what you’re working towards.  it will be connected to our physicality and ability to negotiate the difficult climbing terrain of the mountain.  The goat is cautious, sure-footed and focused on keeping its balance.  Be the goat!

Taking charge of our lives:
At the top of our game!
Capricorn likes to be at the top of the mountain, the business, the family.  Whatever.  Capricorn likes being in charge.

Being a team player:    However, Capricorn rules big business, government, organisations, big money like banking, the stockmarket.  So Capricorn knows that he/she can’t afford to be a rule unto self.  Capricorn knows that people and their interconnection is vital to success of any enterprise or undertaking.

For us, we need to be aware of taking charge of our own lives but be very aware of our need to connect and call on others and our role in supporting and helping others too.

The whole is only as strong as its parts.

The Full Moon brings something to a head, to completion, to culmination, to fullness:  Releasing and reclaiming...whatever it takes!

Let go of what needs to go, what’s holding you back whether it be the ties that bind to people, places, work, belief systems, attitudes, values.

Reclaim your rightful place and position on the earth.  Reaffirm your authority as an earth person who is entitled to feel and be successful in your own right.

Planetary aspects at the Full Moon:

Mars, North Node, Ceres, Vesta and Arcturus conjunct in Libra trine Venus in Gemini:

Art:  mariana kalacheva

Mars on track for his upcoming graduation from Libra:  Love is the goal
Mars is coming to the end of his 7 month ‘finishing school’ experience in Libra, learning to take the loving path of peace and balance, learning to modify his fiery warrior self and work with more harmony and grace.

North Node keeping Mars on track for upliftment:
Mars connection to the North Node at this time is keeping him on track for evolutionary upliftment from fighting and warring to harmony, co-operation and loving connection.

The North Node in Libra is the spiritual evolutionary focus for us at this time. It’s ensuring that we come into balance, peace, divine justice of karmic bonds, ties, contracts and commitments

Ceres and Vesta in support roles:
Nourishing the spirit!
Keeping Mars on track!

The feminine asteroids Ceres(the mother) and Vesta (the spiritual flame) are closely connecting to the North Node and Mars, guiding and supporting the evolutionary changes towards nurturing, nourishing and keeping the spiritual flame alive and flourishing.

Arcturus, fixed star:    A guiding light to divine love!
Regarded as a positive energy offering ‘inspiration, riches, fame, honour, popularity, benefits through travel, success through work’ http://www.astrologycom.com/fixedstars.html
Edgar Cayce, the renowned prophet, regarded Arcturus as the most evolved consciousness in our galaxy, emanating love in its most evolved form.

Venus talking lovingly with all of the above energies:
Mars, North Node, Ceres, Vesta and Arcturus

Venus is our heart, our feminine energy.
Mars is our fire, drive and passion.
At this full moon Venus is in loving connection with Mars, as he elevates his energy to an expression of the divine masculine energy.

Venus and Mars joining in this way at this full moon says it all.

Bottom line:    Be open to experience divine love

Saturn inconjunct Uranus in Aries:    Strange bedfellows!
More karmic resolution and breakthrough!  Touchdown!

Saturn’s working with karma and ensuring we stay the distance

Saturn’s the front row forward, working the karmic ball in the scrum.  He’s got the staying power to stay with the job until the ball of karma is released from its scrum stronghold.

Uranus in Aries is ready to take that karmic energy
and run for a touchdown!
Uranus is the freedom fighting radical who won’t stop until he’s broken through the ranks to achieve success and freedom.
At this Full Moon, he’s assisting Saturn to extricate the karmic burdens and take them over the ‘try’ line, the boundary line for scoring!

Touchdown!

Let the karmic burdens go and score a try!

Note:  I’m not into the rugby but was given these pictures for the message.  Thanks to my nephew Craig for explaining a little more about the game.  I think Uranus is a winger if I remember correctly.  Probably got the ball thanks to Pluto, who’s the hooker waiting at the edge of the scrum!

Bottom line for the full moon energies:
Potential for big karmic release of burdens, hard work paradigm, conflict and fighting
Potential for accessing divine love
Potential for illumination of personal strengths and authority
Potential for accessing information, readying for physical manifestation in the world

Sabian Symbols for the Full Moon:

The Sabian symbol for the Sun at 21* Cancer is: A famous singer is proving her virtuosity during an operatic performance.  Opera is both story and music—and it explores our passions and relationships.  This image reminds us that we have to make an emotional commitment to life.  It’s not enough to just get by.  Life is meant to be lived deeply and passionately. The opera singer is your beautiful soul, longing for a fulfilled life.  If you’re not feeling the passion, perhaps you aren’t living your real life.

The Sabian symbol for the Moon at 21* Capricorn is: A relay race. This race is a team effort.  It’s an image of people committing themselves to a cause and working together to achieve it.  This group work calls for a dynamic interchange between the people in the group and with other groups.

The Sabian Symbols for the full Moon from Lynda Hill

More detailed analysis of all the planets and symbols from Lynda Hill:

13th July:    Mercury moves into Cancer at 2.44 pm AEST
until 1st August
What’s been happening:
The past few weeks with Mercury in Gemini, along with the retrograde period had many of us rushing hither and thither, wanting to rush hither and thither and/or hyped up on the go, go, go frequency, even if we were at a standstill. The pressure from Mercury in Gemini can get us wired up even when we have no worries, deadlines etc.

What’s coming in:
Into the boat...chill out
We’re back on the river with Mole and Ratty, messin’ about in boats for nearly 3 weeks.  This period offers some blessed breathing space and time out from the intensity of Mercury’s need for movement.  Cancer is a slower energy for us all and calls us to come home to ourselves, our homes and families.

Home and family:
Mercury in Cancer draws us into communicating and interacting with family and soul family.  We’re likely to feel nourished and renewed by connecting with ‘family, those of like mind.  Happy times around the dining table with shared meals as Cancer relates to eating and food.

Emotions:   ‘Keep calm and carry on!’ (WW2 England)
With a few planetary changes pouring in over the next few weeks, it’s a good idea to bring the emotions back to that calm stillness of the river, to take yourself to a comforting space whilst the changes chop and change our plans and directions.  These will be positive changes which will help us get focussed and moving forward, so remember to keep the inner ‘mole’ comforted by ratty’s confident voice.

16th July:    Jupiter moves into Leo at 8.30 pm AEST...bigger than Ben Hur!  Rise and shine!
until July 2015

What’s been happening:    Jupiter in Cancer for the past year
Jupiter has been travelling through Cancer for the past year.  This energy has put the focus on home, family, emotional security and of course the past, ancestors and memories.  With Jupiter involved, everything’s expanded which seemed to create mountains out of molehills.  All part of the karmic clearance of the past.

It’s been a year of emotions welling up from the unconscious calling us to acknowledge the past.  Memories of this and other lives/realities, of the ancestors and the earth herself, our home, have been coming up for resolution, reclamation or release.  It’s been a year of big traffic/many lost aspects and energies moving from the darkness into the light of truth and love.

What’s coming in:    Jupiter in Leo for the next year...Rise and shine!

Jupiter is a planet of expansion, optimism and growth.

Leo is ruled by the Sun, the biggest and brightest planetary body in our solar system.

Put them together and we get:  Bigger, brighter, deeper, stronger!
 The force be with you!

It’s going to be a big year of light filled growth...if we’re ready for it.

Jupiter offers us wisdom, learning, teaching, travel, education, truth and understanding, expansion.

In Leo, Jupiter finds expression through creativity, children, love and romance and shining our light.

Shining our light:  Let go all fears about ‘showing off’!
If ever there was a time to ‘strut your stuff’, this is it.  Let go of all thoughts that the ego will subsume you into some monstrous being of self-importance.  Trust all the inner work you’ve done to get to this point where you can feel proud of yourself, your achievements, gifts and talents.

It’s romance and the lightness of love!
Keep it simple and keep it light over the next year.  If it’s fun, well and good.  If it’s dreary, bogged down in domesticity at the expense of joy, change something.

Let the child play:  Laughing and humour tell it all!
Time to revisit some childhood pursuits, to explore new avenues for fun and frivolity.  This is definitely show time for kids of all ages.

Creative urges kick in: Everyone is creative!
Make a point of uncovering your unique gifts and joy!
This is the time to call in gifts and talents, known and unknown and to take time to develop and ENJOY the creative urges within.  We live on earth, a planet that is all about creativity and growth.  This is the life force within each of us, the desire, the urge to grow, develop, change, experience and thrive in this incredible creative life force which is the cosmos.

Resonance with 2002:
Jupiter was in Leo 12 years ago so you will probably find some resonance with that time in this next year.

That’s it everyone!  We’re in some busy times with the planets which will be pushing us on throughout this month.  There’s movement and change.
I’m sorry this is a bit wordy but the voice of the Goddess just takes over!  Well, that’s my excuse.

As always,

Love and blessings to us all as we stand on our own personal mountain peaks and survey our progress and the opening vistas before us!

This picture looks a little cold and lonely hanging out there in space, so I’ll include one of my favourites by the fire.

It’s all about love
