4th February 2015 Full Moon in Leo

Hi everyone!  Are you feeling starstruck?  Stars in the eyes?

What’s been happening:
Reaching for the stars!  Clearing hearts and minds and staying focussed!
We’re still stargazing under the Aquarian Sun energy.  Starry, starry night and day and night and day.  Are you feeling like it’s a little difficult to get the picture of the star of destiny at the moment?  We’re clearing the mental and emotional blocks.

Our personal star of destiny is calling us:
Maintain the commitment and focus!
For many of us, with Mercury still retrograde, we’re waiting for that starstruck moment when the truth of divinity and truth strikes through.   We’re in the process of reclaiming that star person within as our emotions along with our mindsets, undergo a cleansing process.

Mercury retrograde in Aquarius:  Clearing the mind blocks!
We can’t quite get a clear picture of our pathway forward at the moment as Mercury retrograde is clearing up a whole lot of misinformation, false belief systems and embedded thought patterns which have been keeping us in a holding pattern. We’re clearing up those false beliefs which do not resonate with our true selves and divine will.

Mercury stations direct/turns around on 12th February.  More clarity on the way!

Water everywhere, awash with emotion:
Mars and Venus caught and carried out to sea in a Pisces ‘rip’!
As we clear the mental body and mindwaves, we’re being carried out on the great ocean waves of emotional Pisces, carried out to sea by a ‘rip’, a strong ocean current over which we have no power.

Have we been fighting the current of change or resisting, fighting our way to get back to shore?  Resistance takes us out of the divine flow and keeps us all at sea thinking we have to gain control of our lives.

Mars and Venus in Pisces:
A big emotional cleansing and upliftment of the heart!
We’re wallowing in the great Pisces ocean with Mars and Venus joining with Chiron and Neptune respectively in this past week.

Mars all at sea met with Chiron at 15 degrees Pisces:    A meeting indicating a fresh start for our Mars drive, clear of the old ‘wounds’!
The wounds of our masculine drive have been opened up, releasing the old ways of the masculine warrior, releasing the disappointments, despair, futility and all sense of failure as we surrender to the life force of divine will, the flow of life.

Floating and drifting is the new power path:  Accept the opportunity to go with the flow and let the fighting fade away!
Nothing to do but just float and allow the current to take us where we need to go. A new chapter and a new energy becomes available for handling these old wounds of resistance and fighting, built into us since time immemorial.

Venus conjoined Neptune this week:
A synchronisation of love and divine energies!
Following the possibly painful wound opening experience of Mars and Chiron, Venus slid into a divine heart opening meeting with Neptune.
This felt like a re-tuning of our energies in alignment with divine love, angelic forces lifting us out of any despair or disappointment brought up by the Mars/Chiron meeting.

Our warrior selves are learning fast that life doesn’t have to be a battleground where it’s all on our shoulders.

What’s coming in:

4th February:    Full Moon in Leo at 10.08 am AEDT at 14 degrees 48 Leo
And the Sun will shine through the moon!

Leo is ruled by the Sun:        A golden moon!  Our essence emerges!
We can expect some big insights striking to our hearts with this full moon, activating our child essence, creativity and the lightness of love and romance.

It’s showtime!  This is a playful, fun-filled moon calling us out to play, to let our dramatic, theatrical self come to the fore, even if you’re not of a dramatic disposition.

Inner children highlighted:  Our purest essence, our authenticity!
Let the child play!
So here comes the Leo Full Moon shining its light on our inner divine child and pure self.
Bringing the children ‘home’:
Here’s Peter Pan with ‘the lost boys’ symbolising our ‘lost’ children, those aspects of us that split off, fragemented when we experienced trauma in our childhood.

Childhood trauma is universal:
Children are sensitive so we need to remember that what constituted a traumatic experience for a child may seem relatively insignificant to us as adults.

Going back in time to reclaim our ‘children’ who are stuck in a timewarp, another dimension,  re-experiencing pain, rejection, fear, abandonment, grief etc. will be especially powerful at this Full Moon when the memories come to the surface as emotions which seem to come out of nowhere.

Love and romance, fun, frivolity and joy!  Let’s dance and sing!
There’s no business like showbusiness!  The Leo Full Moon is calling us out to play in the best possible way, to open our hearts to the power of love and joyful relatedness with those who are resonating to our vibration.

Choose love and reinforce commitment to this energy every day as soon as you open your eyes.

Creativity and passion:
Be open to the ideas and emotions which comes forth at this time
If ever there was a Full Moon to turn you onto the joy of creativity and tap into the ideas and possibilities sitting in the heart and psyche, waiting to come to light, this is the one.

Freeing ourselves to take leadership:    Ruled by the Sun, Leo is concerned with the expression of the essence of the self, the leadership of our our own lives guided by the light of our own inner Sun. When we are aligned with that inner Sun, we feel joyful, fulfilled and valuable to ourselves and to life.

Strength and courage to be ourselves:
The card above comes from the Thoth Tarot and is a pictorial representation of the power of divine creativity when we harness the power of our inner ‘lion’, our inner leadership.  It’s title is ‘Lust’ and when we translate this into divine understanding, we elevate this meaning to the power of our divine creativity.  We are in love with life and the life force.

The Aquarian Sun sits opposite the Leo Full moon:
Sudden insights,  breakthroughs and jail breaks!
With the Aquarian Sun shining its light on our desire to express our uniqueness, to be free of the thoughtforms and mindsets of the collective, this Sun is working with the Leo Moon asking us to get in touch with those unique desires, gifts and talents which are demanding to be expressed in the world.

The global changes brought about by the Aquarian energies:
The ‘dripping tap’ offensive breaks through!
The Aquarian energy is having a huge impact this year, with barriers and barricades of seemingly insurmountable problems starting to be resolved at the worldly level as the people join together and choose prosperity over austerity.  We’re setting our course in a new direction.

On the personal level:
The Leo Full Moon makes the jail break personal!
The Aquarian energy is very much about the collective, the community, the global community.  The Leo energy works on the personal focus, our individual lives.  With the Full Moon lighting up our individual situations and highlighting the need for the joy of life, we’ll be reaching for the keys of the kingdom, the keys for the prison door.

Completion, culmination and fulfilment:
Something’s coming to a head!
Revelations and insights bring a change of heart!

Knock, knock knockin’ on heaven’s door:
The door is opening!
The Full Moon brings something to light from the unconscious, informing us of often previously unknown information, previously ignored information.  The full Moon is the opening of the door to something of a revelation, an insight.

Feel the urges arising from the heart:
Freedom and joy is our entitlement!
Are you ready to accept prosperity!
Be open and ready to act on new information and new urges arising from the heart following on from this Full Moon energy.  We’ll be working with these insights and urges from now until Mercury goes direct on 12th February.

Allowing the Leo joy and love of life to wash over over lives, to flush out the toxins within our whole being!
Just let the energies of this full moon fill us up with the golden light of life itself and restore the faith and optimism to our disappointments, fears, pain and suffering of the past.

We are restoring our faith in life itself and our joy of life, something that’s been more than a little elusive in the past few years!

Planetary aspects at this Full Moon:

Jupiter close up and personal with the Full Moon:
Lady Luck smiles on us all!    ‘Luck be my lady tonight’!
Positivity and optimism abound!
If ever there was an auspicious energy, it’s Jupiter touching the cheek of this Leo Full Moon. Jupiter is a big expansive energy which builds up any energy in its vicinity.  Jupiter has the capacity to shine a positive light on the darkest of places.  Of course it is up to us to maintain our focus on Jupiter’s positive energies.

Are we ready to accept prosperity on all levels as our divine entitlement?  Call in our Pepe le Pew!
Believe in the synchronicity implicit in life when we are resonating with our Leo essence and our divine pathway.  The dice are rolling in our favour all the time if we but let all that positive life force flow into us. Let’s be a little more like Pepe le Pew and strut our stuff with the joy of being ourselves!  Skunk energy can restore our faith in self and let it show!

Uranus bringing hope, dramatic change and insight for our upliftment:  Releasing the memories into the light of a new day!

Uranus in Aries in a positive trine energy to the Full Moon

Uranus in Aries in a positive sextile to the Sun

Hook on to the energies of Uranus clearing out  the old:
Uranus holds the key to the chains! All baggage must go!
Uranus is a radical chain breaker and in Aries, is pushing us through incredible changes in dramatic and sudden ways.  There’s no time for thinking with this Uranus in Aries in energy over the past years.  However, it’s energetic modus operandi has been somewhat checked by the other planetary influences, keeping it at times in what feels like a frustrating holding pattern.

‘Finger of God’ planetary formation:
Pointing the way to the Leo Full Moon!  Therein lies the answers!

Embracing the joy, love, passion and creativity of life offers the resolution of the other planetary aspects within the finger of God.

The finger of God is formed by the following planetary line up:

Mars conjunct Chiron in Pisces:
Healing our masculine drive and passion.  Positive heart healing of old ‘wounds’.
sextile
Pluto in Capricorn:    Releasing the pressure of bowing down to the status quo, the conditioning.

Mars in Pisces sextile Pluto in Capricorn:
Taking charge of hearts, minds!
Refocussing on the power of Leo love and reunion with the light!
A positive release of deep seated power and karmic threads and a resultant realigning of control issues.

Our inner warrior is being freed from the karmic treadmill:  Strengthening of the spiritual warrior
With the Aquarius Sun sitting between Mars and Pluto, we have a freeing of the inner warrior from the matrix of conditioning, from the embedded fighting and warring that we’ve been carrying in our genetic coding since time began.  New options and problem solving become available.

The Sabian Symbols for the Full Moon in Leo:
From Lynda Hill:

The Moon is on Leo 15: A Street Pageant Moving Along A Street Packed With People.
The ‘Street Pageant’ is seen ‘Moving Along a Street Packed With People’. People really enjoy a ‘Street Pageant’ or a carnival, they get together to celebrate their community, even if they aren’t directly involved in what’s being celebrated. Just watching the ‘Street Pageant’ can inspire fun, joy and even a sense of pride as people come out to watch and enjoy.

The Sun is on Aquarius 15: Two Lovebirds Sitting On A Fence And Singing Happily
Two Lovebirds Sitting on a Fence and Singing Happily’ is an image that brings to mind togetherness, friendship, happiness, love, and the rejoicing of relationship. The ‘Lovebirds’ may be ‘Singing Happily’, but as they are ‘Sitting on a Fence’ this could be masking a reality; perhaps they are not exactly happy; perhaps they are not so together. If, indeed, the ‘Two’ are ‘Singing Happily’, this is cause for joy and celebration about issues relating to love, partnership, being together and the sharing of lives.

The Sabian symbol for the Sun at 15* Aquarius is: Two Love Birds singing and flying joyfully around one another.  This symbol speaks to the blessings we receive and the bliss we feel when we connect with our Spirit/Self.  There’s a sense of free-spirited enjoyment, a faith in happy outcomes and the ability to speak from Love and the heart.  When we know and live our higher Self and ideals, we live in bliss.

The Sabian symbol for the Moon at 15* Leo is: A loud and colorful circus parade snakes through city streets.  What a beautiful image of fun, magic and mystery invading our cultural consciousness!  It’s hard to repress the energy of life seen here as a circus parade, even in the midst of constraints and duty.  This symbolizes a call to bring our creative expressions of these mysterious life energies back into the culture.  We need to tell our stories to the world!
