Hi everyone!
Travelling
under the Taurus Sun who’s shining the energy of divine abundance on us all.
Can we accept that this is the case when we see the state of the world? Can we
accept that this is the reality we are creating when we focus on a more evolved
view of life on earth? Can we accept our idealism and our devotion to that ideal
without letting the naysayers cut down our visions and damage our passion.
All the
current retrograde planets are giving us the inner power and strength that
comes when we clear all the energies taken on from others whether it be
projections, opinions or deeply embedded memories of other times, places,
peoples and realities. We are deep in the purifying process and being
strengthened mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually as we release all
the old 'baggage'.
Here's a
summary of the gifts of the retrograde energies:
It’s a
little lengthy for a summary but if you read the headings and look at the
pictures you can get the picture.
Reclaiming
our mental clarity and sense of self:
Empowering
and validating our life and our choices!
With Mercury now retrograding in
Aries, we are being challenged in all ways to shift our thinking and
our perspective to what’s important to us, what we value and to validate our
personal power, our ‘I am’ presence. We may be experiencing the voices of
others who feel it’s their prerogative to tell us what’s wrong with our life,
how to ‘fix’ it and to come back into balance and harmony.
Letting
go of the ‘voices’ of others: Clarity restoring!
Reaffirming
our pathway forward!
This is so
often what happens when we experience a ‘dip’, a glitch or go into a ditch for a
while. Others feel it’s an invitation to give their opinion. Why would another
person know what’s best for us and our soul growth when their judgements and
observations are based on their life experiences and their framework and beliefs
about the nature of reality. This is my life...not yours!
Our inner gold mine! The bat’s our
guide!
Pluto retrograde in Capricorn is
adding to the quest for alignment with ‘self’ as he takes us into the labyrinth
of success and power. As we seek the inner engagement with success, respect and
reclaiming our own feelings as valid expressions of our lives, we find the
respect for and acknowledgement of ourselves. We find our power!
We’re
claiming our spiritual power! It’s back!
We then
discover our inner gold mine, our strength and our conviction of our journey as
a growth to empowerment. It’s all been grist to the mill and totally relevant
to us and us alone. No-one can imagine our lives, share our journey as we do
for ourselves. Only our soul and our spirit can know what we have been learning
and what steps we have taken in this learning process. Let no-one tell you
otherwise. We are our own guru, power source and authority and we take all
necessary measures to maintain this self-validation regardless of the
perceptions of others.
We’re
reclaiming our spiritual wisdom: Rebalancing karmic justice! The wise owl is
our guide!
Jupiter is still in retrograde in
Libra and through this inner journey we’re finding our inner wisdom,
knowledge and higher consciousness as we come to karmic balance. We’re
rebalancing all those memories where we succumbed to the ‘wisdom’ of others,
gave in and caved in to inequitable partnerships, negating our own knowledge and
power.
Jupiter doesn’t move direct again until
early June this year. More discovery and reclamation of our right to equity and
justice, to rebalance our lives esoterically and physically. Any partnerships
which have been based on power games which have brought disempowerment to either
party are up for examination...past, present, future. Memories clearing
up!
Saturn just turned retrograde in Sagittarius and
as the planetary representative of ‘authority’ he’s taking us on the inner
journey to help us reveal all those times where we lost our authority through
sacrifice, well meaning but ill informed actions as a result of a weakened sense
of self.
We live in
a world that is filled with individuals and organisations and governments who
are recognised as legitimate authorities in their own right. Then we have the
individuals who feel entitled to put forward their opinions because they feel
they have the weight of ‘authority’ on their side. In their own lives they do
but they do not have authority over others because they believe they have
greater knowledge, access to truth or insight. We are all learning and our
priority is our life and taking charge of that life without interfering in the
lives of others. Sure, we can give an opinion if asked but the bottom line each
individual has to solve their own problems, issues in their own way. This is
the way of the spiritual warrior, the way to empowerment.

‘The
final and most daring chapter of Cassini’s story begins on
Wednesday, April 26, when it will commence its dives in and out of the
2,400-kilometer-wide (1,500-mile-wide) gap between Saturn and its rings. It will
do this 22 times before burning up high above the skies of Saturn on September
15.’

Connecting to the heart of Mother Earth: Big
manifestation energies!
Sun and Moon aligned at the same degree of
Taurus welcoming the new lunar month. Our active and passive principles are
ready to work together to bring our new direction into physical reality.
The world tree:
Plugging into Mother Earth’s heart!
Taurus is aligned with the
world tree, calling us to send down our roots into Mother Earth and to connect
to her heart. Taurus is ruled by Venus
and asks us to enjoy and celebrate earth's bounty in gratitude for the blessings
in our lives.
Venus takes the lead: On the last 2 days of
her journey through Pisces!
Venus is now out of her retrograde journey, moving
direct in Pisces at this New Moon but will be moving into Aries in 2 days time
on 28th April. In astrology Venus rules love, beauty, harmony and in Taurus all
the earthly pleasures and sensuality offered to us as earth beings. Venus in
Taurus is also related to our values, inner resources, gifts and talents as well
as our capacity to earn money as income. Taurus is the sign of material
abundance and offers us a reflection of our feelings of worthiness to receive
the earthly support of material comfort and prosperity.
Venus in Pisces at the New
Moon:
At the New Moon we’re wringing out the last of the
emotions of the collective which we’ve been processing through our systems.
There might be a little intensity on the day before she moves into Aries, the
day after this New Moon as she clears the ocean of emotion.
Planting
the seeds for the New Moon: Setting the intent!
At the New Moon we plant our seed for
a new beginning for the next lunar month and indeed for the next year until the
next New Moon in Taurus. Allowing time for the seeds to take root and develop
is a key component of the lunar month and the lunar year.
Nourishing
the seeds: Growing the seeds with love!
Once we
plant the ‘seeds’ of new ideas, directions and ventures, we need to take time
and space to nourish those seeds in the imagination, investigation and expansion
of those ideas and possibilities. It may be within our own mind and heart and
they may develop through collecting data and information from others.
Seeds coming to fruition: Scorpio Full Moon, 11th May, 2 weeks from the New Moon!
In 2 weeks time we find out exactly how our new
directions are beginning to take shape in the physical world. Let’s not forget
that Taurus is an earthy energy and therefore an expert in the manifestation
process. We too can tap into this expertise when we work with the shifts and
turns of the energetic forces of the cosmos. Astrology is one such guidance
system that’s been utilised for centuries as a support for managing our lives to
better effect.
The
manifestation process:
A big part
of the manifestation process is taking time out to rest, dream, imagine,
visualise and allow the forces to take shape as we strike an energetic pose in
our deck chairs. We can’t force plants to grow according to our speed. We
encourage, nourish and allow nature to take its course.
Other planetary energies at the New Moon:
Fiery,
impulsive communications to kickstart the month: New ideas breaking
through!
Mercury, Uranus and Eris clustered together in
Aries: 26, 25, 23 degrees respectively
This is a
real firestarter energy which could manifest in a whole range of ways but the
common threads are fiery, impulsive, sudden, unexpected energies which could
initiate or attempt to initiate arguments, conflicts verbally including battles
of the mind within and without.
Essentially
though, it could provide immense insights and new directions outside our normal
thinking patterns. So good for a New Moon!
Offloading
old karmic baggage and spiritual wounds from the heart:
Saturn in Sagittarius square Chiron in Pisces at
27 degrees and Venus in Pisces 29 degrees
This has
been with us for a while and is an ongoing energy highlighted at this New Moon
with Venus, Taurus’ ruler in her final stages of the cleansing purification of
collective energies held within our hearts.
We’ll feel
the effect of this purification when Venus moves into Aries on 28th, 2 days
after the New Moon.
Rebalancing the ledger of justice with respect to power issues:
Jupiter in Libra square Pluto in Capricorn:
15,
19 degrees respectively
Another
ongoing energy which is clearing huge buried energies held within society and
its institutions as well as in ourselves. Karmic justice will be served as
Jupiter continues to travel in the sign of divine justice, peace, harmony and
love.

THE WOMAN OF SAMARIA COMES TO DRAW WATER
FROM JACOB'S WELL
This Symbol shows the depth of human
emotions, along with the notion of giving and sharing. The breaking down of
barriers and cultural issues that divide people is the issue here. The Woman of
Samaria was taken by surprise that Jesus would speak to her as she was said to
be from the ‘wrong tribe’. This speaks of accepting others for who they are,
regardless of social structures and limitations. Someone may be in need of help,
draw on your inner resources, take time out to assist and reach out to others.
Dipping into family ancestry. Past lives. Going below the surface. Water and its
blessings. Finding renewed self-respect. Digging deep to find what unites, not
divides.

28th April: Venus enter Aries at 11.13 pm AEST...hearts on fire!
Until
6th June

Hearts
opening to our inner fire:
Venus is still moving out of retrograde shadow
but her heart’s wide open and she’s running with this feeling of liberation as
yet in its early stages. Compared to the other planets she’s way out in front
leading the way.
Our
hearts will be feeling the fire of adventure and enthusiasm:
We need
that heart energy to be ignited to pull us gradually out of the retrograding
karmic quagmires that have had us putting one foot in front of the other. It’s
felt like a very old muddy battleground with all of us as foot soldiers. But now
as the personal planets of Venus and Mercury move on we’ll start to feel more
liberated.
Venus
ready to go: Mars in Gemini supporting Venus to get moving!
Aries is
our masculine warrior energy and is keen to get things happening...at least at a
heart level.
Mercury
still in retrograde until 4th May: Easy does it!
Mercury a
‘mover and shaker’ along with Mars, is still in retrograde although will be
moving direct on 4th May. As Mercury is in Aries we’ll start feeling an uplift
mentally following on from Mercury shifting forward although it will be still a
little slow initially. Once Mercury gets moving we’ll feel like we’re clearing
the retrograde overwhelm.

That’s it folks!
Bit late in
getting this out to you. Got waylaid by the current energies along with all the
Anzac Day energies. For those of you out of Australia, Anzac Day is a memorial
and remembrance day for military service in war. It stirs up many memories and
those memories within us from other times, places, ancestors can rise up within
us seeking resolution. I always find it a challenging time when the emotions
feel heavy.
Hugs all
around!
Love and blessings to us all as we embrace Mother Earth, our earthly lives and the divine abundance that is always flowing to us all. We need to reaffirm that the balancing of the earth’s resources is happening as we work within ourselves to rebalance our inner resources in our lives.
