...for the children of the earth

Friday, 31 August 2012

Hi everyone! It’s dolphin dreamtime!
What an interesting week ahead...shifts and turns taking us quickly into a new order of being. We start the week in dreamland, all emotion, then get practical and earthy with preparing to fulfil the dreams and then a week later, spiritual upliftment of the heart...fun and games...PLAYTIME!

What’s been happening: road-testing our masculine ego...learning to trust ourselves to move forward...finding our feet!
Since Mars moved into Scorpio on 24th August, our focus has been clearly directed to experiencing the masculine ego in a new form after months of being reworked, rebalanced, healed, reformed, rejuvenated and getting a general make-over. After months of learning to contain this masculine force within us, we find that it has been released from the holding pattern of Virgo then Libra.

When Mars moved into Scorpio last week, we were called to let the horse have it’s head...it’s all about trusting ourselves!
Can we rely on the tempering of our masculine drive that has taken place? Can we trust our ego to work in tandem with our feminine qualities of intuition, gut instinct? Only one way to find out...take a step forward and trust. It’s time.
Letting the horse have its head: For riders brought up the English way, letting the horse have its head can be disconcerting. You steer by placing the rein either side of the neck while pace is controlled by posture. It takes trust in your horse but, once achieved, means you can enjoy your surroundings/www.telegraph.co.uk/earth/outdoors/7155542/Horse-riding-Learn-how-to-ride-the-cowboy-way.html

What’s been happening physically: Mars, ruler of Aries, rules the head, heat, fire, the blood. You may have been experiencing problems with the head like headaches, sinus etc. Anything in the head like dizziness, light-headedness, heavy head, tingling. Anything unusual in the head may be related to this recalibration.
Also, inflammations like heat surges, sweats, flu symptoms or flu itself.

30th August: North Node of Moon enters Scorpio at 3.05 PM AEST at 29 degrees...South Node in Taurus...new spiritual goal for us
The North Node of the Moon is not a planet, but a point of consciousness, representing the spiritual direction of the whole planet. Every two to three years, the nodes shift in focus. The eclipses are aligned with the moon’s nodes.

Our new universal focus for the next two years is Scorpionic transformation: We are being reoriented in universal direction for the next two years as the North Node is in Scorpio until February 2014. The nodes are like compass points guiding us all in the growth of consciousness. They are a pointer as to the focus of our growth in human consciousness.

The eclipse cycle works with the nodes: Eclipses bring big and often dramatic changes both personally and globally which will shift and align us with universal consciousness and planetary evolution.
The next pair of eclipses is in November, one in Scorpio and one in Gemini. There is an overlap from the previous series of eclipses in Gemini/Sagittarius.
The bottom line:
Spiritually:
The South Node in Taurus...we’re being called to let go of attachment to materialism, physical ‘luxuries’ and bring ourselves into balance by embracing...
The North Node in Scorpio...paring back the non-essentials, stripping away on all levels – emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually.
Throwing off the dross, the excess: If our physical situations and lifestyle detract from our spiritual growth and evolution, then we are likely to make changes. This doesn’t mean people will be plunged into material poverty. It’s more likely to help us focus on what’s really important to our welfare, wellbeing and personal fulfilment. We will be in charge of ourselves stripping away a whole lot of dross and baggage which we’ve been carrying for a while. It won’t be just physical but likely to impact on the physical, including our bodies.
I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised to find that those who are carrying extra weight in the body, will find it dropping off. Taurus rules the physical senses and loves food and eating and all the ‘good’ luxurious things of life. However, Taurus energy lends itself to carrying extra weight in the body. Taurus ‘holds on’ whilst Scorpio ‘lets go’.
I’ll write more on this in future posts as Saturn is moving into Scorpio in the first week of October...a big change after Saturn being in Libra for past 2 to 3 years. With Scorpio, there is no going back. It’s all good.
Two fish swimming in the same direction! Not very Piscean...two fish swimming in opposite directions!...Hmmm.
31st August: Full Moon in Pisces 11.58 PM AEST at 8 degrees 34 Pisces...collective dreams being brought to earth!
Well here we are at the end of August, finishing off with a second Full Moon this month! And what a finish! The Full Moon on 31st brings something to culmination.
The question that is being answered at this Full Moon...how do we embody higher consciousness??? How do we live ‘the dream’? Two days after the moon comes to fullness, Mercury brings answers and directions on the practical level.
Pisces Full Moon opposite Virgo Sun:
Keep your balance by experiencing the waves and currents of the big collective emotions whilst preparing to ground them into the earthy practicality of the everyday world.

The Moon...go with the flow, swim with the emotions, hear the messages and inspiration of the universe:
Pisces is all emotion, represented by the ocean and the ocean of consciousness by which we are all connected. It’s a dreamy, idealistic energy which has the capacity to lift us up to a spiritual super-consciousness, above worldly concerns. Just float with these watery energies, go with the flow, switch off the mind and let the guidance come in.

The Sun...how do I ground the ideas? As the inspirations, ideas, possibilities, emotions etc. flow in with the Full Moon energy, allow them to float around the psyche for about 3 days after the Full Moon. 3 days either side of the Full Moon can be a deceptive time as it is loaded with emotional energy which can be misdirected coming from past emotional energies and patterns. The truth will emerge a couple of days after the moon.
The ways of implementing those ideas on the practical level are likely to be part of this dream-like state. You might get insight into the planning process which you are likely to start once Mercury moves into Virgo on 1st. When that happens, you’ll feel like taking off. However, hold it in the mind or even in written form to allow yourself to come back to it. You may well change and shift these initial ideas. Of course, you may not. You’re just making sure.

Give it a couple more days to really get it into a more realistic form, until Mercury moves past an opposition to Neptune on the 1st, before you start enacting this ‘in the world’, that is on the physical level.
The Full Moon connects to Chiron in Pisces...big healing energy bringing the physical and spiritual together...regeneration of the body!
Chiron(the wounded healer), is regarded as the co-ruler of Virgo calling us to master the physical existence healing the wounds and embodying the higher expression of ourselves in the everyday world. As we heal our personal wounds, we heal the collective wounds and vice versa.

The ‘wounds’ may be emotional, mental, physical or spiritual. The wounds may well encompass all those areas. The focus at this time is clearing those wounds we carry on a collective level, which we have been holding in our bodies. The opportunity to heal these deep wounds is assisted by the Uranus/Pluto square which supports the Full Moon configuration.

At this full Moon we have the assistance of the Uranus/Pluto square: letting go will be a big and universal energy...offload the burdens!
Pluto and Uranus carry ‘opening up’ energies to the Pisces Moon and Virgo Sun. Everything’s working together. Pluto offers deep transformation and life/death/rebirth within the context of our lives. Pluto is the phoenix, the regenerative power we are seeking. It’s in a flowing positive energy with the Full Moon in Pisces. There’s likely to be a collective healing as we take steps to redress imbalances in our personal and collective lives.
Sudden shifts for the better including healings, are possible: at both the personal as well as collective level

The Sabian symbol for the Moon at 9* Pisces is: A jockey spurs his horse, intent on outdistancing his rivals.
This is a symbol of the intense focus it takes to direct our energies to our goals. Since it’s a Piscean symbol, the water horses indicate a powerful surge in the collective unconscious. Imagine those foaming horses from The Fellowship of the Rings, as the power of Rivendell comes to rescue Arwen and Frodo from the Black Riders. Don’t be surprised if there are powerful energies around this full Moon.
The Sabian symbol for the Sun at 9* Virgo is: An expressionist painter at work.
This symbol shows us how Virgo works to express her true inner Being. Be an original and follow your bliss!

1st September: Mercury moves into Virgo 12.32 pm until 16th September...
health and wellbeing...clearing our physical lives.

Putting plans in place...sorting/tidying, clarifying the mind, the body, the workplace, commercial agreements!
A window of 2 weeks opportunity to really sort out any ongoing confusion and get our physical lives grounded. Mercury rules Virgo so it’s all about communication as well as service, work, health and commerce. Chiron, also a ruler of Virgo, suggests that whatever we put in place will be for our health, healing and wellbeing. It’s all good.
Healing mastery of the physical realm: It’s interesting that only a couple of days after the Full Moon, the focus shifts to Virgo, sign of the healer. This is when we actually start to ‘ground’ the dreams, insights, guidance that came in at the Full moon. Virgo is earthy and practical. We are called to start practising what we preach...to put our physical existence in order and heal any anomalies in that everyday physical world.
From about 3rd to 5th September onwards: Mercury comes into close positive contact with Mars...start putting plans into more concrete form
Once Mercury moves off opposition to Neptune (which has us connected to the hotline out to the other dimensions), around 3rd, we should have the information we need to get things moving on the everyday level. If we act too quickly, we may find we become confused as Neptune can delude us, veil the truth from us as well as offering big picture possibilities.
7th September: Venus moves into Leo 12.48 am AEST until 3rd October...fuelling the dreams and plans with JOY!
Mercury in Virgo has kept us very mentally focussed to the point you might have even had trouble sleeping. The brain is awakened and ready to go! Now we need time out and here comes Venus.
When Venus moves into Leo, we’re going to be able to kick back a little and get in touch with some light-hearted fun. We need to keep ourselves balanced as we move ahead in our new direction. We need some relaxation when we get the feel of the new possibilities which have unfolded.

Ease and grace, filled with the joy of life: Allow yourself to feel the passion and joy of discovering something new which resonates with who you are. Now we can start investing our plans and projects with some passion and joy which will be the emotional driving force that’s effortless, which will fuel our new directions. Remember, we got off the treadmill, gave up ‘life is a struggle’. Keep reminding yourself ‘it doesn’t have to be a struggle’.
Give yourself and the world a big hug!: The planet of love in the sign of love, romance, creativity and children opens the door for pleasure which taps the lightness of life. If you feel like you’re a child again...excellent! Maybe even childhood passions are re-ignited. Maybe something on your own personal ‘bucket list’ will pop up!

Maybe you’ll sense the romance of life and re-ignite romance in your life! Be assured that this energy offers us a reprieve from the relentless transformation process. In mid September when Uranus/Pluto come to another exact meeting, we’ll be grateful to retreat from the ‘wars’ of the world into this haven. Just don’t forget it’s there and continue to nurture yourself with some personal happiness.
Upcoming Dates:
16th September: New Moon in Virgo
17th September: Mercury moves into Libra until 5th October
18th September: Pluto in Capricorn moves direct
Pluto/Uranus challenge mid September
That’s it folks!
