'Cutting the ties that bind'
A Summary of Phyllis Krystal's wonderful technique
Phyllis Krystal's method's been around for
ages. She was a Sai Baba devotee. Intention is everything of course. But I like
this one.
Imagine the person in a chair opposite you in a
figure 8 light formation. I use gold and light blue light. You're each in the
circle part of the 8.
Visualise ties running from one to the other. They can be to any
part of the body and chakras. They can be made of any material, leather,
ribbon, tree roots, chains. Just stay open to the visions.
Don't let them move out of the chair
if they try to come to you. Gradually pull out/pull off all the ties from your
body and throw them in an imaginary fire to burn.
You can remove theirs if you wish.
Up to you.
Keep scanning up and down the body
as fresh ties may appear. Don't be surprised at what you see.
If it's done really well, chances are they’ll try to contact you within
a VERY short space of time, because people feel it when the ties cut.
You're in the chairs facing each other. The ties are running attached to
you both. Once you feel ALL ties that come to visibility are removed and
burning, you are then cleared.
You can thank them...from your place in the figure 8 and they
disappear...hopefully.
They may try to come towards you. Just hold up your hand and tell them
they need to stay where they are. Once this is done, you can, at a later stage
do a forgiveness process using 'the Journey' technique of Brandon Bays. But I
wouldn't even think about that at the moment. It may never happen, or need to
happen.
I have a loved one who does not want to open up to me. I want to help him and worried about him. Can doing figure 8 on him help him get closer to me ?
ReplyDeleteYou can only cut the karmic ties for yourself in relation to him. This will remove the 'history' of other times which may be causing the blockages. It frees you both just with you doing this process as you come into this lifetime here and now. You may need to do this more than once. Good luck.
