Hi everyone!
What a turning point at this
time! In the light of the Leo Sun with our lion and lioness, masculine/feminine
energies coming into alignment with a reboot in the energy of the New Moon in
Leo.
Emerging from the
eclipse vortex and the lunar month of Cancer!
After travelling back to the past with 6
retrograde planets, a solar month and lunar month in Cancer, two eclipses in
the signs of the past/the status quo, we’re about to experience the beginning of
a major release from the grip of history.
Moving out of the
wobbly month:
It’s been a wobbly old month for so many of us
facing fears, doubts and insecurities about who we are, where we are, where we
desire to go.
Old benchmarks, values which have kept us in the past have been
faced and are falling away as we reach for a more evolved way of life, of
ourselves.
A boost to our fire
energy and some movement!
A New Moon in Leo ends the
lunar month of Cancer, the completion of our journey through the eclipse vortex
of challenge and change, marking a fresh start in Leo along with Mercury
stationing direct, our first retrograde planet off the cab rank!
Reaching the midpoint
of the Saturn/Pluto retrograde period:
We’re still in the retrograde labyrinths
of Pluto and Saturn but over halfway now!
It’s also the mid point of the
retrograde journeys of Saturn and Pluto in Capricorn which is a good indicator
that although still retrograde, we don’t have much longer to go with these
energies and that the journey gets easier in the second half if we’ve accustomed
to and accepted the process of release and reclamation.

Sun Moon, Venus with Mars, our fiery warrior
leading the way accompanied by the asteroid Vesta, the spiritual flame within,

With our heart power and our
physical life power both in the sign of Leo, the big message is we are bringing
healing to our hearts and thus our physical existence and bodies at this new
moon.

Chiron in Aries: Healing body, spirit through heart power!
Venus is experiencing big healing resolution of
old spiritual wounds as Chiron, ruler of ‘the wounds’ and healing is speaking to
our hearts, bringing healing into our bodies through our heart centres as Chiron
straddles the physical/spiritual ‘wounds’. I expect big healing energies
surging through our hearts and into every cell of our bodies bringing a divine
healing of our divine ‘I am’ Aries self. Venus/5 degrees Leo, Chiron/5 degrees

The Galactic
upgrade!
Mars, ruler of our physical body, fire and
drive, our warrior self that is filled with fierce bravery and belief in self is
being uplifted by the big energies of Jupiter in Sagittarius where he is sitting
on the degree of the Great Attractor, a galactic energy of higher consciousness
beyond our everyday world.
Jupiter’s been doing an
amazing job in this retrograde time which is all about upgrading our
consciousness in truth and wisdom. The New Moon consciousness is bringing new
consciousness to our physical bodies, fire and drive, life force and our divine
‘I am’ self. Uplift!

candle of light power!
Our divine ‘I am’
energy is all over the energies at this New Moon
Grab hold of this powerful
energy of higher light and bring it into the physical body, restoring our life
force after lifetimes of giving over to ‘the collective’ at the expense of
ourselves.
Courage and bravery to
be!
Convention, conformity and
diplomacy which denies out truth has to go. How many times do we have to turn
the other cheek swallowing our words in a bid to be accepted and loved. It
doesn't mean we have to be rude and offensive to others because when we speak
from our hearts we don’t take exception to others. We just are who we are
without excuses, apologies. We are humans in all our glorious madness of living
on earth.
The courage to be all
that I can be:
I drop all small minded thinking around false pride, bloated
pride...I just am the light!
The great life lesson for Leo
is being courageous and owning our light power. Leo develops with all kind of
power struggles through life until Leo learns to let go of the ‘small self’ of
the ego and is ready to be ‘bold and beautiful’ filled with the pure light of
spirit. Remember, courage comes from the heart...la coeur is the derivation for
courage, from the French for ‘heart’!

The New Moon: As
within, so without!
The New Moon is always a
powerful time of rebirth as she connects with the Sun and the inner and outer
aspects are united in focus and commitment. It’s a powerful time for setting
intentions, finding focus and making commitments as the active and
‘passive’/receptive energies within us are working together.
The New Moon, the most
fertile time of the lunar month for our creativity to grow within!
The moon is at the darkest
time of the month when her inner fertility is gestating new possibilities,
creating from within the new energies and directions for the next lunar month.
Leo is all creativity and about shining our light in the world without masks or
subterfuge. We can’t do this until the moon moves on from her new moon phase
into the first quarter, a week after the New Moon. Allowing the ideas and
possibilities to emerge, to excite and stimulate is what’s needed at this time.
Communication
gradually clearing as Mercury moves on from his retrograde journey:
With Mercury in the
‘muddling’/middling time when he’s in station we await him moving on to put the
pieces together in our crazy jigsaw puzzle of a life. He’s getting moving
pretty quickly after he ‘turns’ so get ready and allow the energies to work
their light power on us. We’ll notice a difference in the first week after the
New Moon.
At the New Moon:
Clearing the karmic connections and threads!
Mercury at 23 degrees Cancer
is already at a standstill, working with our North Node, current planetary
spiritual direction at 17 degrees and facing off to Pluto and Saturn, (21/15
degrees) running mates in Capricorn. Not exactly ‘running’ but in tandem working
with the South Node of history/the past which sits at 17 degrees Capricorn.

As we emerge from the
retrograde period, we gradually return to some mental clarity. We won’t know
the full picture until Mercury comes out of retrograde shadow on 15th August but
we’ll start feeling that we’re getting ourselves back together again after the
dissolution of this particular retrograde period which has been intense!
Talk about a makeover
of our minds and our mindsets!
During retrograde periods we connect
and interact with other timelines and realities reclaiming, acknowledging and
releasing old trapped unresolved energies from those times.
It’s especially so
in Mercury retrograde as Mercury is the messenger, ruling communication. Trust that we’re now out of
the crazy retrograde cab and back into the here and now!

Mercury’s getting things
moving..easy does it!
Mercury has been sitting on 24
degrees for four days before it turns direct and then just spends 2 days only on
23 degrees before it moves back onto 24 degrees for another 3 days.
It feels like a quick shifting
of energies this time around which means things will start jumping really
quickly. It’s more usual for Mercury to drag his heels over the retrograde
change station. Trust that things will start moving along quite well in the
first week after the New Moon.

Planet is now under the guidance of the Royal Lion Star Teachers of Alpha
