27th March 2013 Full Moon in Libra

Hi everyone!

Just keep rowing everyone! We're shooting the rapids! The water and fire energies are taking us through some challenging times, with blocks and limitations being washed away or burned off! We're ripe for the letting go which comes with the Full Moon which will be supported by a mass of other planetary aspects, guaranteed to shift some old deep stuck energy!

What's happening: Freedom's calling!

I imagine you're finding life is 'full on',  full speed ahead. And it's not likely to slow down for a while with all this Aries energy...Mars, Venus, the Sun and Uranus all in Aries and all firing us to action! You may well have found unexpected events and information just popping up. These may well have required a quick response, quick reaction.

Triggers are bringing up resolution of lost/unresolved aspects:
Disempowered aspects are breaking through to claim their power!

If you've got yourself into any stoushes with others or with situations, trust that this is the Aries warrior energy going for a win.

One thing we can guarantee, nothing's hanging on for long, because as soon as one thing is over, something else is straight ahead. Enjoy the ride and forgive yourself for any real or perceived shortfalls in your reactions.

The kids are out so remember, we are all toddlers wanting our way!:
Aries is first sign of the zodiac and is somewhat egocentric like the child, so reactions/responses may well have been childish and/or childlike. So it is quite likely your inner child is making a break for freedom and finding his/her voice. You can't really prepare for this kind of experience. Yes, remain as aware as possible and notice any defensiveness with yourself or others.

The week ahead:
We're playing the pinball machine! Be like 'the Pinball Wizard' who 'plays by intuition' and 'plays by sense of smell'.

Just play the game with the energies that come in and let the old beliefs/aspects/pinballs just go down the gurgler!

There's so much planetary activity happening this week, we'll be in what feels like the throes of the Full Moon for a few days before, but more significantly for the next week as planets are operating like a whole lot of balls in a pinball machine 'pinging' each other and bouncing off each other, lighting up the board like fireworks.

27th March:
Full Moon in Libra 8.27 pm AEDT at 6 degrees 52 Libra
...balance, justice, peace, love beckon!

Libra rules justice, peace, love, beauty and one-on-one partnerships.
Libran energy just wants to keep everything harmonious. Sometimes this requires stirring things up and when push comes to shove, Librans and Libran energy will do just that. The goal is peace and love, but there comes a point when the Libran will not stand for/live with disharmony so this energy brings things to a head. And this is especially so at this Full Moon.

Find the balance, keep centred amidst all the action!
Roll with the change process!

With the Full Moon in Libra this week, it's going to be challenging to keep calm, balanced and rational. Full Moons always raise the emotional energies at any time and normally, a Libran Full Moon has the potential to restore balance, calm, love, peace and beauty as that's the Libran mojo. However, this time, we won't feel like making peace at all costs. There'll be the feel of 'my way or the highway'.

Peace or bust:
The Sun, Venus, Mars and Uranus all in Aries are opposite the Full Moon in Libra...it's a wildfire energy!

This Full Moon and the planetary aspects at this time, support this reaching for peace, justice and harmony and are firing us to make a pitch for freedom. There's a no holds barred energy around this Full Moon that will guarantee any impediment to your peace, contentment, justice and love will be swept away in a fiery burn off of resistant emotional energies.

The Full Moon in Libra wants peace and justice and the Sun and the other planetary energies in Aries will do anything to break out the prison of limitation, ready to burn all bridges, break down all walls which are blocking individual expression and personal desire. Courage and bravery are with us!

Adding to the fire, Pluto in Capricorn is in play with/challenging the Full Moon and the Aries Sun and other Aries energies:

There's potential for a huge letting go of deep seated energies which have been seeking release. The Aries fire energy and the watery emotional Full Moon energy can provide the outlet. Don't fight the process. Just keep cleansing...water, fire/light, earth and air.

A few suggestions:

Water: swim/bath/shower/cry

Fire: breathe in the light, take time in the Sun, incense, smudge, candles

Earth: be on the earth, walk, ground, be in nature and let it purify you

Air: breathwork regularly, breathe in light, sing tone

Aries warriors taking the lead:
take breathing spaces from the rollercoaster of sudden changes and activity for the next week!

All the Aries energies are in opposition to the Full Moon, demanding we embrace radical individualism and personal passion and desire. They're calling us to take action and I mean action in all spheres of our existence, but particularly in our physical worlds.

With Aries, the personal ego can run rampant with desire and determination to fight anything and anyone that blocks our pathway...mentally, emotionally and physically! We need our egos to get things done in the world, but we need to keep it in harmony with our higher selves, to keep it harnessed in a spiritually contained and focussed way. That means going for the higher, more evolved vision. Astrologically this week, we have some longer than usual void moon periods giving us time out. You'll feel the lull or stillness. Use them to integrate, consider, rest and regenerate. Consider the new options arising.

Mirrors:
be aware of 'reflections' of the self in others!
Own your shadow selves!
Dance with the shadow!

Love all of you!

Libra rules relationships of all kinds so we are likely to be called into self-examination as we meet aspects of ourselves that challenge us.

You know that feeling when you meet someone who brings up criticism in you and/or makes you feel uncomfortable/challenged in some way.

Doesn’t mean you have to be ‘best friends’ with them. But it is a call to look within and find that part of you inside which is like them in some respect...usually the quality you don’t like/respect etc.

Remember to come back to love, loving and accepting self as well as significant others.

Completion, culmination, things coming to a head:
this could manifest as anything from a bomb, explosion to fireworks!

Mars in Aries will be squaring/challenging Pluto in Capricorn just before the Full Moon...buried tensions and emotions could explode! This is not necessarily angry energy, but it will be passionate and will seem to erupt out of nowhere.

It'll be feisty, deep-seated but is likely to have been simmering away for some time. With Uranus in play there's the unexpected factor involved like a bolt out of the blue.

Remember 'like a bolt out of the blue fate comes in and sees you through'! Regardless of how this manifests in your life, it will be for the best. Old doors are closing and new life is calling us on! Go with it!

After the Full Moon we've got the Sun and Venus squaring/challenging Pluto in Capricorn...more aftershocks and fireworks! Deep desires surface!

Two fingers of God, interacting with each other:
potential shifts in consciousness as the planets in the yods call us to a new perspective!

There's an element of fate within a yod formation which actually requires us to concentrate our energy on the focal point or sword/arrow of the yod.

Concentrate on the targets...the focal points to resolve the other energies. Take aim and hit the target!

Saturn in Scorpio is the focal point
for resolution of Mars in Aries energy working with Jupiter in Gemini:
             dropping karmic burdens

Potential for karmic resolution and justice. Transformational healing forces in Scorpio call us to resolve and release karmic burdens and allow the death of old burdens to be released.

Bottom line: keep focussed on letting go of the burdens of the masculine warrior control freak overpowering others and allowing the expanded thinking of wisdom and broad mindedness to lead you out of the mire.

Jupiter in Gemini is the focal point
for resolution of Saturn in Scorpio working with Pluto in Capricorn:

           expand and uplift your mind

Conscious communication of the higher mind. The higher mind is calling us to commit to the high road of the bigger picture of communicating/interacting on the worldly level. Lift thoughts!

Bottom line: keep focussed on the big picture, the higher consciousness, allowing your transformational authority to access and release old beliefs, dogmas and conditioning which are holding you back and limiting your vision.

Big healing energies with potential to heal the emotional wounds of the mind and hurtful words: let the light in!

The wounds of this and other lives as well as the ancestors and collective unconscious are opened up for a profound healing. These wounds are lodged in the physical, emotional, mental and astral bodies

Mercury and Chiron in Pisces trine/support Saturn in Scorpio:
opening the channels for karmic cleansing of old spiritual and emotional wounds

Jupiter in Gemini square/challenging Chiron in Pisces:
emotional wounds limiting our vision are released

Uranus in Aries square/challenging Pluto in Capricorn:
let the old beliefs, dogma and limitations fall away!

stirring the pot with the Full Moon connection! radical challenges to the status quo!

The Tower card in the Tarot is a representation of a shift in consciousness and a total and sudden release of old energies which have been holding us back from growth into new ways of being and living. It's an ideal representation of what this Uranus/Pluto square is about.

This aspect has been with us for some time...remember the London riots and Occupy Wall street. However, it's not full blown at the moment. That's due to happen in May. This Full Moon it is likely to bring issues to a head as Pluto will be in square/challenge to the Full Moon in Libra and all the Aries energy.

The transpersonal:       Challenges to the status quo, the establishment, to traditional and conservative forces in our world!

Nevertheless, it is the source of so much change happening in our world...governments, institutions, banks, big money systems, leadership changes of all kinds, big organisations like multi nationals. It’s bringing up truth, demand for truth, transparency, examination of previously accepted belief systems.

Pluto rules big money, plutocrats and the plutocracy, so not surprising banking/money systems and big moneyed power brokers are under fire. The austerity rebellions/marches on the streets across Europe are echoed in similar demonstrations across the globe.

Personal impact:
Challenges to our personal status quo, belief systems...also around truth, money, abundance, entitlement.

It's a call to keep examining and letting go of belief systems that are blocking us from fulfilment and yes, that includes abundance. We're all working with the poverty consciousness of the planet (and that includes the big money makers...amassing fortunes). I feel the lightworkers (conscious or not of their lightwork), are like a line of 'beaters' moving across the planet, flushing out the forces of darkness blocking us all from abundance and equity for all on this planet.

With Pluto hooking into the Full Moon energies we're likely to flush out deep Plutonic primal beliefs and emotions from the body, from the earth.

The Sabian Symbols for the Full Moon from Cathy Pagano:

The Sabian symbol for the Sun at 7* Aries is: A man succeeds in expressing himself simultaneously in two realms. This symbol implies that the cosmic duality we live in can be bridged and worked with. Within each woman lies an inner man, just as within each man lies an inner woman. Our work is to help them partner their perceptions so we can access our Wisdom. While we have been trained to depend primarily on our left-brain, rational mind, we have the ability to also work with our right-brain, imaginative mind. Their union creates the mystic brain of Wisdom. When we unite the dualities of life, we connect to Lady Wisdom.

The Sabian symbol for the Moon at 7* Libra is: A woman feeding chickens and protecting them from the hawks. It is in the nature of feminine consciousness to protect life and fertility. Chickens were one of the first birds domesticated by humans, and their egg-laying makes them a perfect symbol of the fertility and nourishment of Life. Hawks are fierce, beautiful and deadly in reality, especially for smaller fowl. While symbolically they are often seen as divine messengers, I think these hawks symbolize the rapture’s hunting ability. Death constantly stalks life, but our feeling connection with all of life compels us to do our best to protect the continuation of life. That’s our collective work now—to make sure our children, to at least the 7thgeneration, will have a viable world to live in.

Golden Oldie:
'Paper Moon' Ella Fitzgerald

'It wouldn't be make believe if you believed in me'

Looking for love at the Libran Full Moon?
First step believing in 'me'...this Full Moon offers reclamation of self and the Then????
courage 'to be you'!

Dance for the energies this week:
Samba...lively, passionate

and of course as befits Libra, with a partner!

Upcoming Dates:

10th April: New Moon in Aries

15th April: Mercury moves into Aries

16th April: Venus moves into Taurus

That's it for now folks. We're back on the move again with Aries firing us. Hope I haven't overloaded the information this week, but it was difficult not to include all of it. So much happening. At least, no more planetary movements for a while. We'll have quite enough dealing with the flow on of energies from this week.

Love and blessings my friends and fellow travellers...hang in there!
