Hi everyone!

Here's the beginning of my New Moon Update with a retrospective of the past few weeks which feels like months in terms of the change process. I've been deeply engaged with the first level of Maslow's hierarchy of needs getting me in touch with the baseline of physical existence called life on earth. Nothing like losing the power source in midwinter...a 'planned' outage by the company for repairs. Seeing my new life path as letter writer, crusader for the forgotten souls on earth. Still warming up, recovering.

In the light of the Cancer Sun: Are we safe and secure?

We might be standing on the seashore of the Cancerian energies but in many ways we’re all at sea trying to find safe harbour and our way home.

We’ve been carried through a big series of changes and challenges:

It’s been quite a challenging few weeks for many of us since we entered the eclipse vortex of energy back in May, activated big time at the New Moon Solar Eclipse in Gemini on 10th June. The Solstice and accompanying planetary energies added to the intensity and pressure for change followed up by the Full Moon in Capricorn which felt like the beginning of the end to me.

Capricorn Full Moon: What a big ending!

What a sense of finality as that Full Moon dredged up those resistant energies within the memory banks, those energies still holding us in the benchmarks of the system, the status quo, the conditioning. Issues of physical and financial security as well our place in the world, reputation, respect, success.

Collapsing and releasing of cell memories:

Maybe you weren’t aware of what dragged you into the death throes of change but without doubt, many are feeling the impact of the collapsing structures within their spirits, minds, hearts and bodies. It was a huge sweeping away of old ‘dreams’ and possibilities and plans for the future. We cannot build on outdated systems of thought, emotion or physicality which do not support our growth and transformation. We’re clearing the ground for the new.

The Capricorn full moon: Issues of success/failure surfaced!

This Full Moon brought up any unresolved memories or issues around success and failure, focussing our recovery on feelings where we feel we fell short of our own ambitions, hopes, dreams and/or ethical benchmarks. It really has been a reckoning, an accounting of ourselves to ourselves.

Self-worth and issues of identity and ego are in a long term healing process globally. It’s interesting to observe in ourselves and others where we use the ego to pump ourselves up in the eyes of the world and where we become so critical of ourselves that we reduce ourselves to nothing. This continuum is fully in play for all globally.

All at sea on the Pisces ship: Looking for a seaworthy vessel!

Where’s the telescope? Expanding vision and imagination!

These current energies travelling through the solar month of Cancer ruling memories,the past and potential 'skeletons in the closet' has put our focus on our emotional selves, wellbeing and balance. Adding to this, we're all at sea with Jupiter and Neptune on the good ship Pisces looking for land, grounding and being challenged to uplift our emotions and vision. I think I need a bigger telescope.

Travelling through the eclipse portal:

It’s all change, challenged to go with the process at every turn!

We're still hurtling through the time warp tunnel of eclipse energies which challenge, disrupt and offer dramatic shifts and turns in our perspectives, in our lives.We’re back down at ground zero possibly floundering, drowning, feeling lost in the dark night of the soul journey for our lives, for humanity. Of course, empaths, sensitives and intuitive beings are really feeling it all. As old support systems fall away, we are brought to our knees in surrender to the higher consciousness within us.

New solar cycle activated: The first X solar flare since 2017!

The activation of the solar activity of the new cycle has been more than challenging as 'cracks' are filling with light and releasing pain. Reminding myself 'if it hurts, it's healing'.

This energy can affect the nervous system throwing up any unresolved energies within the body

Manifestation of collapsing infrastructure in the world:

Sure, there’s always something happening but the collapse of the Miami apartment block and the mudslide in Japan spoke to me of the physical manifestations of ‘collapse’ occurring in our world right around or after the Full Moon in Capricorn which rules structure and systems.

7th July: Moon went out of bounds at 17 degrees Gemini

Just a heads up to remind us all that an out of bounds planet brings us new and possibly erratic energies and being the moon can throw all manner of emotions which remind us of the old as it brings in new consciousness. In Gemini, we’re working with emotional energies held in the mental body and think also of the nervous and respiratory systems. Irrational emotions are possible.

Any ‘bees in the bonnets’ are being flushed out big time! Moon is travelling in the sign of Cancer, through the New Moon and returns in the sign of Leo.

The shoreline is in sight: Staying focussed and present to the here and now!

Welcome to the New Moon in Cancer which reminds us that the shoreline is in sight and home is always within us as we continue to ride the waves of change and experience the drama of life.

Finding refuge within:

With the energy of Cancer we are always being reminded to find the refuge within from the challenges and troubles in the outer world. It is our responsibility to find our safe place, the mother within and to care for the inner children from our memory banks.

Restoring our big picture vision and imagination:

This New Moon is in a positive flowing aspect with Neptune in Pisces guiding us to find the more evolved emotional consciousness to support the expansion of our vision and imagination. We are the creators and the challenge is release the past overlays so we have clarity of our lives here and now. The New Moon is a dark time when we plant the seeds for the next month...action in time.

Masculine and feminine travelling in tandem: Into the Sun and bright light!

Mars and Venus are travelling in tandem in the sign of Leo, ruled by the Sun and spirit of light inviting our physical bodies and hearts to fully absorb as much light as we can to dispel the dark clouds of the ghosts of the past. The power of love is being restored in our bodies and to our masculine psyche within.

Awaken and release the old: Embrace, accept the light of divine love!

The Uranus/Saturn square is still in play and is activating the Mars/Venus duo in Leo, awakening and releasing old karmic patterns and threads of consciousness releasing the leg ropes of past hurts and bringing in the light of the Sun to shine on our desires for love, loving connection and to help us continue on the Leo ‘path of heart’. A spiritual set up preparing the way for entry into the ‘Lion’s Gate’ portal on 26th July.

A PRIEST PERFORMING A MARRIAGE CEREMONY

This Symbol speaks of the ability, or the necessity, of bringing people together so they may enjoy, grow and learn from each other. It turns out that the simplest expressions of the heart and mind often need to be acknowledged in a ritualistic performance so that we feel we are indulging in the customs and traditions of our society. There is a need for a sense of blessing from a higher power. Whether this is about an actual 'Marriage Ceremony', a hand-fasting ceremony, or some other kind of bonding ritual, there's a need for people to come together to make commitments and vows to each other. Recovering from the hectic energies of the highly strung nervous system:

Recovery after the hectic energies of Mercury in Gemini along with the New Moon Solar Eclipse in Gemini which has been frantic for the nervous systems and the mental body as we were all learning to grapple with all those mental control mechanisms that we use to feel everything’s under control. It’s not.

Out of the chaos comes growth, evolution, new clarity and perception:

We’ve had to drop that mental control to go fully into confusion as the power of chaos tossed and turned us through the energies of the Gemini eclipse. Just when we thought we got a handle on ‘things’ something came in to disrupt and to create more challenging confusion. Well, hopefully, we can start to relax the mind more if we allow the emotions to soothe and comfort and reassure us of the offer of refuge within.

At home and peace in the mind! Rest, recover, relax and nurture the self!

Our mind manager, ruler of our mental body, our mover and shaker of communication and travel is taking time out to rest, to take time to come to peace of mind as we clear our mental bodies of the emotions of the past. We carry these memories within every cell of our bodies as our minds encompass our whole physical being.

Settling into feeling at home in our mental body:

Not much happening in terms of physical movement and change just yet as our vehicle, our Mercury driver is beached in the Cancerian energies of the shoreline where the inner and the outer worlds come to a meeting and a chance of reunion and integration.

More memory lane:

Cherishing the positive memories....’better to have loved and lost than...’

We’re being given time to connect to the memories of past times of this or other lives. It doesn’t have to be a bad trip as the challenge here is to consciously connect to the best of the past, the memories which bring us emotions that can be celebrated. It’s time to release the old negative self-perceptions which have been dogging our footsteps through the past few weeks. It’s a good time to count our blessings and feel gratitude for the experiences of our lives.

It’s review time: Into the labyrinth to discover its secrets...revelations on offer

The retrograde labyrinth takes us back to trawl over the past few months making sure we’ve cleared fully any loose ends which could trip us up. We’re in such interesting times with respect to evolution of identity consciousness and the dependence on others for learning about ourselves from all angles. We are such a strange species which copies, mimics, emulates and adopts the models of society. The bottom line of our need for love and acceptance is ever with us driving us along all manner of pathways of discovery.

The challenging path of the spiritual warrior: Facing the false and redeeming the truth!

Self-esteem and worthiness have taken quite a bashing for so many of us as we work on throwing out the false faces of society and dig deep to find our essence, our inner burning flame of divine spirit. Not an easy road and yet one which so many have chosen. Nothing less than divine love, acceptance and truth within. Hmmm...not doing too badly.

We see manifestation of the challenges of Chiron return in the outer world of public figures of power

One of the most interesting ways to observe Chiron is the impact he makes at our Chiron return around the age of 50/51. It is very evident looking at the people in the spotlight like politicians or celebrities as they move across this time when their spiritual wounds can be on full display for us all to see. It is particularly noticeable during these Chiron in Aries years of transit as the ego is usually the wound that is revealed.

I’m trusting that we’re all making it through these current change energies which coming at us from all directions. The only thing we know is that any ‘unfinished business’ within us will be activated by these ongoing planetary and astrological energies which have us on the process of consciousness upgrade.

No good can come of believing in any way we are superior to others, that we know more and have all the answers. The knowledge of mastery is knowing that we are all learners and our greatest learning is of love and compassion for ourselves and others.

There is no quick fix as it is all in the living of our lives in wisdom, truth and acceptance of who we are in this and other realms, times and places. We are multi dimensional beings and our willingness to accept the dark and the light within is a first step to growing and expanding our consciousness...of love.

Love and blessings to us all as we go on, grow, embrace the wholeness of love and accept the journey of ourselves and of others honouring the sovereign right of all to find their way as best they can. Respect!
