Hi everyone!
Whew! What a time we’re having on this earth! Such a mass awakening!
The unconscious, unresolved energies
surfacing:
Without doubt this is the time we’ve been told about, the energies of
change which have been predicted for many years. These past weeks we’ve
experienced an escalation of energies which are bringing the unconscious into
consciousness through sudden changes, shock, chaotic political and economic
situations. extremist voices and ideologies challenging the status quo as well
as violent acts of aggression, war and insurrection world wide.
Unresolved tensions surfacing globally:
Where do we find refuge?
Yes, we are still travelling under the Cancerian Sun ruler of the divine
mother, home, family, place of belonging and emotional security. All of these
issues are now front and centre as all those who are ‘seekers’ of truth and love
are faced with the eruption of discord in the world.
Holding the balance: Challenging on all levels! Juggling the
energies without/within!
Holding the balance within is taking all of our
resolve, dedication and focus as we’re called back to our faith in light and
love. Yes. it’s a new age ‘catchcry’ that has been challenged but the fact is we
are energetic beings and we can choose to live in the light or in the dark
energies which have dominated this planet for more time than we know. For
sensitives and empaths it’s felt soul destroying and totally exhausting.
It’s not over yet:
How bad is it going to get? As we all know, when a wound/issue needs
attention/healing, it gets worse until we attend to the problem. Same for the
world at present. Until enough people awaken to tip the balance, the situation
will continue. More wake-ups and more people being called to attend to their
own separation consciousness.
Planetary changes of the past
week:
Mercury and Venus both moved into Leo:
More light for mind and heart energies flushing out the darkness!
When Venus and Mercury moved into Leo I anticipated a lightening of heart
and mind energies and whilst that was happening, we were in the throes of the
Mars in Scorpio inconjunct Uranus/Eris in Aries energies which seemed to be
working against all the light flooding in. Light energy flushes out darkness
and that certainly has been happening.
On the 17th, after both these planets moved into Leo, they came together in
a conjunction which signifies a new beginning, a new cycle of them travelling
together, a little like a New Moon energy. Heart and mind united in the light
of the Leo Sun they are taking us into the Full Moon in Capricorn energies in a
whole new partnership, speaking the same language of love and passion, joy and
creativity.

For all those on the leading edge of the current shift
in consciousness feeling the waves of fear and insecurity knocking us over with
a force that seems to take the breath away, we may well find some breathing
space now Venus has moved out of Cancer. Coming back to the heart energy and
empowering that energy with light will assist the clearing of the energy field
which continues to knock us around on a global as well as personal level.
World events, have struck us to the core of our heart energy, The
shockwaves just keep coming like the
rolling waves of a big surf. We catch our breath and another event brings a
shock to the system.
Cancer is all about emotional security and feeling at home.
nurtured and nourished. Well that's been turned upside down in these past weeks,
an intensification guaranteed to clear out not just our personal fears but the
accumulated fears held in planet earth and in humanity.
Venus in Leo ignites our heart energy with love. Yes, romantic
love but also the bigger love that encompasses us as individuals and our place
in the world. This energy is giving us a big heart clearance of old hurts and
pains, reinvigorating us for going forward in our lives with more love for
ourselves, our pathway and for others.
A light filled mind!
Responsible for so much of the disruption in recent weeks with sudden,
unexpected events throwing us into radical review of our ideas, attitudes and
ideologies as confronting tensions in the world impacted on our personal lives.
It’s been very much ‘out of the comfort zone’!
Bottom line: Karmic ties, contracts, burdens being
released!
Following on from the release of the Full Moon
energies, the Leo Sun will be a welcome uplift. The Full Moon brings to light
the past. the unconscious. what has been hidden and now that’s taken place,
we’re in a better state to grab hold of this Sun energy, to drink in its energy
and the lightness of being, of being alive. fully alive. This is the light of
love, the lightness of love which comes with romance...no confining ties of
commitment which can hamper free flowing expression of true love.

Mercury, our mind manager and ruler of our nervous system joined
Venus in Leo. Leo brings the light of the sun
shining on our creative self, our inner child, our children and our desire for
the joy and passion of love and a loving life.
Leo in Mercury offers creative solutions to the monkey
mind of Mercury which has been trying to solve emotional insecurities of this
recent time with mental solutions. As we know, this doesn’t work. The mental
capacities find difficulty grappling with emotional responses particularly when
they arise from illusions, past memory banks, ancestral DNA...all the playing
fields of Cancer.
So Mercury’s been wading through this minefield of
emotion, being forced to shift his modus operandi from a mental focus to coming
to confront and own emotions as a significant and powerful aspect of our
humanity. Now he’s working with Venus, our heart energy in the sign of Leo, the
sign of the Sun and the most powerful source of light in our world.
Be open to new ideas popping into the mind as Mercury
works with the heart energy and the emotions during the next week or two. I
imagine that the Full Moon energies will release a whole stack of old barriers
and limitations which will open the floodgates for Mercury and Venus to bring
forth some seemingly magical resolutions to old problems.

claim:
The castle built on the mountains in this photo is very
much a representation of the Capricorn ethos...climb the mountain and claim the
land with a castle. At least that's how it was in much of our cultural heritage.
Let's not forget that spiritual retreats are often built and established at the
top of the mountain.
Who’s running this show:
Capricorn, an earth sign, brings up questions of
personal institutional and government authority. Capricorn calls us to build our dreams on a
strong physical foundation. At the Full Moon, whatever doesn't serve our
foundation is released. It's emotional at the full Moon time but with Capricorn,
we are given more strength to work with the
emotions.
Completion, culmination, letting go: Into the
sinkhole!
With Capricorn Full Moon opposite the Sun in
Cancer, we’re being invited to wind up, complete, let go of those security
issues that have been plaguing us for the past few weeks, years, lifetimes.

Trekking through history!
We’ve been travelling with the Cancer Sun for the past 4 weeks and it’s
been a major journey to the past. it always is with Cancer energy as it’s
connected to home, family, mother, history, the past and of course the
ancestors. The Cancerian Sun takes us back to the past to renew, reconnect,
discover our history and of course to discover more of who we are.
Sun in Leo: Are you willing to believe in the light of a new day?
Now we’re brought back to the present day by
the Sun’s movement into Leo which is about who we are in the world as a shining
light, a light shining.
Joy, love and passion on tap: Drink it in! The romance of

As we are still experiencing some of the ongoing challenges of Saturn and
Neptune squaring off to each other as well as Mars/Uranus shifts, we need to
make a concerted effort as in a decision to follow and immerse ourselves in the
Leo light. It has the capacity to wash away the pains, troubles and conflicts
which arose in the last weeks and months.

Creativity is alive and well when the Leo Sun shines so whatever we think,
feel, hope for, dream on is likely to come to fruition with our absolute belief
in the goodness of the universe and knowing that the universe supports our whole

As always love and blessings to all of us on the
Cancerian shoreline holding ourselves in the light and love for ourselves and
humanity. The planet is undergoing dramatic change and the stress in the
population is palpable. I hold hope for the shift in consciousness as I hear
more and more voices speaking out against cruelty, inequity, injustice and for
the disenfranchised and oppressed in our world.
With the communication channels across the world we are all being given
more information about the state of the world. It’s not easy sorting and
sifting the truth as we have our own construct of truth arising from our
experiences and memory banks. We just hold the faith in truth, love, mercy,
compassion and keep bringing in the light for ourselves and for all who live on
our little planet.
In just a few days the Sun moves into Leo. The power of love and light
will hopefully help us uplift from some of the deep insecurities and fear which
are driving so much of the world at the moment.
