Hi everyone!
There’s no place like home! Coming home!
We’re now travelling under the Cancer Sun,
watery, emotional, nurturing and protective as only the nurturing mother can
be. Cancer is concerned with emotional security and having a safe haven, a safe
home, a place where one feels a sense of belonging. Meanwhile, many of the old
institutions which have traditionally offered security seem to be falling
apart.
Breaking down the old order: The domino effect
In this light, it’s interesting that such areas
of concern continue to grow as some of the most powerful nations and
institutions of the world are being challenged by discord and disruption. I’m
talking about UK’s decision to exit the European Union. The domino effect is
already evidencing in talk at least with other nations seeking separation from
the European Union.
England swings:
We’re in a state of flux so need to keep calm as anything could happen and
nothing’s really predictable. Nothing is fixed and won’t be for a while as the
repercussions continue to reverberate. In the 60’s it was ‘England swings’ and
let’s face it...it’s still swinging! Don’t swings tend to swing back the other
way?
It’s all about change, change, change:
The Grand Cross of last
month continues with the shockwaves!
We made it through the Full Moon and the impact of the Grand Cross is
continuing to bring the changes we need for growth and evolution, leaving us
with the aftershocks stirring up all manner of turmoil and chaos as one of the
major players in the world breaks a political pact with what has been and
strikes out on its own. Is it really going to happen or is it just a piece of
the evolutionary process to break up the old order and to wake up the minds and
hearts of the population.
It’s world wide change of the social and political order:
From
economic rationalism to polarisation, extremism!
Healing polarity consciousness!
It’s not just about UK and the European Union as
the changes are waking up people across the world. In Australia, we’ve only just
come through a federal election which has left us with an unknown outcome for
some days and the big potential of a hung parliament, even a new election. In
Austria, they’re having another election in September because of corruptions
which have been revealed in their recent election. America has an election
coming up and anything could happen, is happening, has happened.
Reviewing and discovering our greatest resources in terms of money
and people: The current focus...the money or the people?
It’s a grassroots change which is challenging the economic power brokers of
the world to reconsider and review their focus from money as the greatest
resource to people power. When we utilise and grow our humanity, we all win and
are more productive. More of the masses who are feeling sidelined,
disenfranchised or ignored are now exercising their democratic rights outside
the controlling propaganda of so much of the mainstream media. More people are
awakening and choosing to do things differently. Yes, the status quo is being
challenged and we are being taken out of our comfort zone. It’s called
growth!
We’re still learning: Undoing aeons of ‘doing’ and
controlling!
For many of us, we’re still learning, practising the letting go process and
allowing the universe to bring us what we need when we need it. Of course, that
is an echo of your heart’s desire which is emitting a signal ‘out there’. We
just need to hold the vision and take any steps when guided to do so. Sounds
easy? haha
From the pinball machine to the Galactic Centre vacuum:
Out of
control and surrendering to the point of stillness!
Now we are in the completing and ‘mopping up’
period after the Full Moon, coming into the New Moon in Cancer on 4th July
today. There are ongoing shifts and turns which can present as crises,
mini-crises, challenges which are expanding our potential to grow and change, to
be more fully who we are. This is happening at the personal as well as
transpersonal level. We are embroiled in both. We are in process and this is
ongoing for a while yet.

Deconstruction:
The
chaotic and confused world situation in relation to politics, economics,
weather, social discord and struggle is all part of this huge shift impacting on
our values, attitudes and societal fluctuations in relation to values, dogma,
fixed stances.
It seems like everything’s up for examination with the masses fiercely
taking ‘sides’ adopting stances which are polarised.
Politics: Confusion, dissent and polarisation...part of the change
process!
Wounds coming to consciousness!
The political situation in USA is a dominating force on the world stage at
this time along with the UK voting on staying in or leaving Eurozone. In
Australia we have just had a Federal Election this past weekend. It doesn’t
impact anywhere near the numbers as in USA and UK but is very much in this
polarisation of forces.
Personal challenges: Our connection to tribal values, economies,
cultures, religions and all manner of ideology is part of our personal melting
pot!
The Saturn/Neptune square is still affecting us all as we are called to
surrender and to let go of old karmic burdens and to evolve consciousness around
hard work and struggle. Saturn has had us in that mode of operation for aeons
as we bought into the mindset of the treadmill mentality. Saturn is calling us
to a more evolved view of our role in the world and how we fulfil our commitment
to taking our authority...the higher authority.

It’s a world healing crisis:
The
wounds are coming to the surface out of the collective
unconscious!
A healing crisis is like a pimple emerging out of the body and coming to a
head so the toxins can be released. Things get worse in order to get better!
We’re diving deep whether we like it or not and bringing out the spiritual
wounds from within. It’s an emotional, physical energy process which is calling
us to release those ‘spiritual’ wounds of humanity and planet earth.
The inner journey of Chiron:
Bringing any ‘wounds’ to
light!
Retrogrades are inner journeys which require self-examination and potential
for spiritual growth and acceleration. As you can see, this process of bringing
forth the spiritual/emotional wounds of the collective unconscious is with us
until early December. However, the processes we utilise will shift as
Mercury/mind and Venus/heart move into Leo energies in a week’s time. Then the
Sun moves into Leo about a week later. Leo will put the focus on fire,
creativity and the passion of spirit which will feel completely different. We’ll
feel creative solutions coming forth and the hope and promise of happier
times.

Where do I belong: Finding solutions
for home, family and security!
Cancer is concerned with home. security, family. nurturing and place of
belonging. Our mind turns to questions around any or all of these issues. It
may not be impacting you on a personal level but the world situation is throwing
up these issues in even more dramatic ways. We’ve had the huge migration of
those seeking safe refuge taking them in dangerous voyages and treks to strange
lands in desperate attempts to flee war, persecution, poverty, slavery and all
manner of danger beyond the imaginings of most of us in a ‘safe’ place.
Well, now the status quo is upset again with political turmoil and economic
disruption in what has been a relatively secure and solid foundation within
nations, homelands. The question of ‘belonging’ is now in the arena for
discussion. Let’s not forget that Mercury is our mind manager and is a problem
solver. However, he is now called to work with the heart energy of Venus also
moving through Cancer. Mercury in Venus means our minds are more open and
predisposed to getting in touch with the emotions thrown up by Cancer energy.
Hearts and Minds need to be aligned by the leaders and the masses for
solutions to be found.

Releasing, transmuting, transforming physical body and
drive!
Yes. Mars is moving direct but is extra slow
covering territory crossed over earlier this year. We may not feel up to speed
just yet and that’s okay providing we don’t put in too much resistance to going
with the flow. We’re letting go of the old warrior energy of fighting, warfare
and winning at any cost!
Deep traumas, insecurities and fear are being released: We’re all
in it!
Mars is in the deep emotional waters of Scorpio until 3rd August. Scorpio
is about life, death, rebirth and transformation so we’re still in this process
for a while yet. We’re clearing the cell memories and ancestral DNA bringing
our physical being into the light. The outer escalation of chaos in the world
is bringing up all the old traumas from the earth from within every one of us,
into consciousness and thus into the healing crisis across the planet. When we
feel the heaviness, lethargy, tiredness, exhaustion in the physical body, we
know we need to do some light work. Just keep bringing it in!
Mars is so slow it’s still sitting on 23 degrees Scorpio until 11th
July. So, slow and steady.
With the New Moon coming in on 4th July, we’re being called to devote the
next lunar month to creating and energising our sense of emotional security and
to start investing in creating foundations of emotional well being for
ourselves, home, family and place in the world.
First week of August: Mars moves into Sagittarius...the horsepower
starts the reboot!
Mars moves into Sagittarius in the first week of August. That’s when we’ll
feel the fire boosters kicking in!
However, he’s still in retrograde shadow until 22nd August when we’ll start
feeling the power of this retrograde Mars period and how it’s transformed us.
4th July: New Moon in Cancer at 12
degrees 54 Cancer at 9.00 pm AEST...a welcome arrival!
A
New Moon, a new focus:
Home, family, security, nurturing and the divine
mother!
As the New Moon joins with the Sun in the sign
of home, family, security and place of belonging we are being uplifted by its
connection to the fixed star Sirius, traditionally known as the 'home' of the
ascended masters. Mercury's in the picture too sitting close by the New Moon
bringing messages and fresh starts with a focus on what nurtures, comforts and
brings us to a new sense of belonging. More to come.
In
the destruction, deconstruction and revolution: New solutions on the
way!
We’ve
been going through some major destructions, deconstructions of institutions we
have valued as our security blankets. But now the plug has been pulled on the
illusion that has been propping up our faith. We are being called to be strong
in our personal independence and to seek new ways of building home, family and
community to reclaim the inner security that comes from divine connection. The
new vision is taking form even as we are in the throes of the disillusionment.
We are discovering what we do want after overthrowing what we don’t want.
Recovery
mode: Starting anew with a new perspective and building a new
foundation!
We’re in the process of discovering what really
matters to us, what’s important and with an increasing openness and awareness of
the raising of consciousness world wide. It’s been going on for years but with
recent events escalating on a world wide basis, increased communication across
the globe and the opening of hearts and minds to a bigger picture, we’re seeing
more people getting perspective of grass roots issues.
Setting
intentions for this New Moon: Finding your place of
belonging!
Time
to plant the seeds for new beginnings in terms of emotional security, sense of
place and belonging, to gather with families, whether original birth families,
the family you’ve created, soul family, star family, light family.
Nurturing
and nourishing ourselves: Comfort and soothing in times of
insecurity!
Through
harnessing our divine mother energy from within we are calling in, magnetising
to us, the strength and courage for feeling self-sufficient and for establishing
new ways of living where we are not at the mercy of the global control
energies. How we do that is personal and will require us to embrace any
insecurities and fears and carry them into the light of new ways of living on
this planet. We are a work in progress. We just have to work with the inner
children and offer the comfort from our inner nurturer.
Create
the vision and give birth to the hopes and dreams:
Neptune and Sirius both
speaking to the higher ideals! Make a wish!
With the New Moon and Sun in a positive trine
with Neptune, we’re being called to a bigger vision, a more expansive spiritual
perspective, to access our hopes and dreams, to re-focus and re-dedicate
ourselves to those hopes and dreams. The universe is supporting these fresh new
beginnings.
Sirius,
the fixed star, the brightest star in our sky, revered by the Egyptians and
other ancient cultures, is up close to the New Moon signifying a fresh start for
the evolution of our consciousness. Sirius, traditionally regarded as the
‘home’ of the ascended masters and what many believe our doorway for
arrival/departure of this planet.
A
good time to reaffirm our connection to the cosmos and the energetic signatures
we carry within us, the stardust of which we are created. There could never be
a better time to wish on that star!

That’s it folks!
We’re in the big chaotic shift for a while yet. While the chaos is playing
out on the world stage in all manner of collective polarisation and challenges
accompanying such challenges, we are examining our own values and attitudes and
being asked to choose the path of peace, love, equity and karmic
resolution.
This update’s a bit longer because most of it was due to go out over a week
ago but I have been unable to finish it till today. Just too much to process
through the body, personal and transpersonal. Have to keep going eh. Trust
that all of those who are feeling this big time are nurturing and nourishing
themselves as we release these old energies of pain, separation, poverty
consciousness and the deep insecurities and traumas of our human existence.
Mother Earth’s with us and holding us in her energy.
As always love and blessings to us all and
especially those who are carrying that extra load of pushing through the
barriers of resistance in the manner which suits their temperament, their soul
growth and their calling this lifetime.
