Hi everyone!
Here's my update which again
is a bit of a retrospective as I’ve been held back with shingles and an
infection in my eye. Getting plenty of help and the sight is restoring
gradually. I just need an owl on my shoulder, like Athena. Actually I think
I’ve got one there in spirit!
Been fully occupied with
medical help for my eye which is inflamed and getting lots of treatment
medically as well as heaps of light work. I'm being carried by these huge Leo
energies and the eclipse process with ongoing clearance. Astrologically, I
could put this clearance, purification down to Mercury, mind manager crossing
over my Mars/head and ascendant in Virgo/nervous system as well as Uranus
stationing retrograde (rules neuralgic system). That is just for those
interested in medical astrology.
Let's get real, no
holds barred! Leo is shining us up!
It’s a Leo party with the blasting light of the Leo Sun now accompanied by
Mars, our fiery masculine warrior energy who has the tendency to shoot first and
ask questions afterwards.
It may be giving the feeling that we’re out in the burning desert with
nowhere to hide. The Leo Sun is helping us to bring that masculine warrior
energy into alignment and harmony with the light of all light. our essential
selves.
The golden light of Leo is awakening the light force within us
all:
Fortunately, Leo despite being ruled by the Sun,
has a softer fire light than that of Mars as Leo rules the heart and all
connections to the heart, blood and circulatory system.
Be kind and loving to
the self:
Allow the light in!
Leo is asking us to soften our emotions towards ourselves and to open to
the innocence of the divine child so we can come out to play in the world.
We’re being shifted to let go of the energies of pain, suffering, hard work,
struggle and small minded fears.
The eclipse process is challenging us to expand, grow and move on:
Keeping up with the momentum already set in
motion:
The letting go of control will continue through these next weeks of Leo
dominance and the eclipse energies which are bringing us new upgraded
consciousness. We may not be consciously be experiencing the upgrade with the
knowingness of what’s happening. However, we may be feeling the challenges of
letting go the old consciousness which has kept us locked into old behaviours,
mindsets and emotions. We’re also being challenged to keep up with the
momentum that's been set in motion with that last New Moon in Leo
signalling the beginning of the eclipse season.
The ‘path of heart’ is
the path of courage:
It’s the call of Leo to step out, step up and be of good
heart and courageous conviction!
Leo is calling us into being courageous. The
French word for heart is ‘la coeur’ and is the foundation of the word courage,
the light of divine spirit bringing in the courage to be fully in our heart
energy, to be prepared to expose our true feelings and to experience our
vulnerability in the human experience. If ever there was a time to step into
new energies with a brave heart and the conviction that arises from divine
conviction. Little steps are good. We don’t have to pitch into fear based
energies. Just taking our inner child by the hand and talking it through the
next step with reassurance.
Mercury in Virgo:
Purification of our mental body,
mind sets and old belief systems which do not resonate with our divine
mind!
Until 1st September:
Mercury just moved into Virgo on 26th July and will be in Virgo until 1st
September as it will be retrograding from 13th August.
Mercury is a ruler of Virgo as well as Gemini. It’s the ruler of our
mental body, our mind energy and communication so in Virgo, sign of the healer
it will be getting a mental purification even before it actually goes
retrograde on 13th August.
Harnessing our mental energies to focus our minds on the bigger
picture: We gain clarity through release of the old!
Virgo has the analytical mind which examines details and demands exacting
thinking. It can lead to perfectionism accompanied by worry, anxiety and
criticism of self as well as others if allowed to take hold. This is 3D
consciousness which is being evolved through this purification of lesser
thoughts and mindsets.
The rewiring of the mind and mental body will continue as Mercury moves
through Virgo turns retrograde on 13th August at 11 degrees Virgo and back
tracks to 28 degrees Leo moving forward again on 5th September.
This past week Venus moved into Cancer and Uranus turned retrograde in
Aries.

What’s been happening: Venus in Gemini teaching us to travel the
path of balance!
Venus has been travelling in the Gemini dual
carriageway calling us to balance our masculine/feminine energies. As Gemini is
ruled by Mercury, our mind manager, we’ve been challenged to come to balance
mentally as our heart energy took charge of the steering wheel.
Driving with our inner heart GPS guidance:
The propensity for Gemini’s polarising mental
activity during this last stretch of the road has been continuously called back
to listen to the messages of the heart. We’re learning to drive our vehicles
with the inner heart centred GPS and these last few weeks. It’s been a sharp
learning curve, especially if you have a strong Mercury, Virgo or Gemini energy
in your natal road map. Our mental body has been re-learning how to live in
harmony with the heart.
Home is where the heart is: Finding the divine love of the
nurturing mother within!
Finding the lost child!
Now with Venus in Cancer we’re coming home to
our heart, to what we need to nourish ourselves,to feel at home with ourselves
and with our place in the world. In therapy we learn to find our inner mother
and father to help our inner child to grow and develop. This is what Cancer
offers us, the opportunity to take the inner child by the hand and ‘re-mother’
it. There may be more than one aspect from childhood which needs loving release
from old traumas.
The past, childhood, ancestors and memories:
Cancer rules childhood, home, family and ancestors. It’s ruler is the Moon
and therefore is much connected to the unconscious, the mysterious world within
as well as memories and the past. The ancestors are calling us to reconnect to
them, to find the best of the past and to feel the love of ancestral ‘family,
from this life, other lives, from the planetary family.
How perfect that Venus is in this sign, healing the past and
childhood/mothering issues whilst Leo is helping us to access the divine child
within, the child who is released from the burdens and worries taken on from
family.

Winding up the Uranus in Aries transit: Completing a
cycle!
We’re now clearing up the last 9 months of Uranus in Aries after 7 years of
it bringing up all manner of surprises, clearances in relation to our Aries,
masculine fire energy. This energy has been an experience of sudden happenings
which have demanded an upgrade in our mind energy to higher consciousness in
relation to our tendency to reactive Aries behaviours. Uranus takes us to
higher consciousness, the higher mind.
Freeing our fire and drive from the tentacles of past unconscious
behaviours:
Now we have Uranus retrograding for the next 5 months taking us through the
labyrinth of radical change within uncovering any old energies which have kept
us in the karmic stronghold of our masculine warrior energy.
Completing the jigsaw of understanding and accepting our Aries ‘I
am’ self:
Retrogrades offer spiritual acceleration as they bring up information from
the unconscious. pieces of the puzzle which have been missing from our
understanding. Uranus brings surprises and while retrograde, the surprises
offer up ‘Eureka’ moments...’Aha’! It’s like we’ve been waiting for just this
time to get ourselves together with a deep inner power based on a secure sense
of knowing ourselves and rolling with the punches without having to fight to the
death.
Uranus in Taurus: May 2018 to 2025...interesting shake up for
beliefs around abundance!
Taurus is an earth sign ruled by Venus so this will be a very exciting time
for us shifting the societal and economic paradigms in relation to the wealth of
mother earth and her provision for all. Will write more on this later on but
definitely something to anticipate with new ideas and innovatory possibilities
emerging.

We’re all looking into the comforting fire at home, comforted by Venus in
Cancer being called to connect with the Leo energies of the Sun, the firelight
of our own hearts as well as the great central sun.
