Hi everybody!

Through the Lions Gate which closes on 12th August. So the ongoing light downloads continue to clear the wounds and karmic residue. As the light comes into the physical body it flushes out all the blockages of old consciousness and as it does, the resistance of the old energies, memories, karmic threads etc. often causes pain as the light dissolves and releases. The more resistance and struggle, the more pain.

Just remember healing is happening.

Downloads of light and shocked into stillness: Steady!

On the day of the Lions Gate we had Uranus at a standstill, turning retrograde and linking in with Saturn Lord of Karma in Capricorn, both earth signs impacting the physical world both personally and globally. Everything is being rattled and jostled in us and in the earth as old consciousness and karmic patterns are being released.

We’ve been kicked out of our comfort zone...some of us hit harder than others!

This whole eclipse passage kicked us out of our comfort zone, whatever our base line of security. For me it was my communication systems, my lifeblood, my contact with the outer world and security blanket. Another dear friend was without a vital medication for the month of July. He could have died but his brave Leo spirit and spiritual insight kept him going.

When we’re hit hard like this we know major, major transformation and shift in consciousness, thinking, feeling and acting is underway. So, if you’ve been hospitalised, taken down with illness, emotional or mental spin out know that you are strong and are going through a major doorway. We're going through psychic 'deaths' of old identities and it feels like we could actually die.

The last eclipse for 2018: A New Moon, a reboot of our divine light within!

At the New Moon the Sun and Moon sit together on the same degree aligned energetically so we can bring together our inner and outer consciousness in the sowing of seeds for the next lunar cycle which begins with this New Moon in Leo. It’s all about the heart...let it lead!

Closing the door on the past lunar month:

This New Moon brings to a close the past month of lunar chaos initiated at the New Moon in Cancer Solar Eclipse. Since then we’ve been working with releasing major energetic blockages from the memory banks and from the ancestral and karmic imprints.

The moon rules memory and is the ruler of the sign of Cancer so it’s been a double whammy! Maybe a triple whammy!

Leo rules creativity, love, children and divine life force: Call in the new!

Leo is the Sun, the divine light of greatest power and influence in our lives, the energy that activates our fire and flame of life force. It’s time to set some intent on new potentials and new directions which have emerged during the eclipse passage.

First week after the New Moon: Ideas and possibilities are revealed!

We don’t have to enact new directions right on the New Moon as the first week of this new moon energy we’ll be receiving revelations thanks to the eclipse passage. We’ll start taking small steps to enact this creative life force and light over the next lunar month with potentials starting to take form after the Sun enters Virgo on 23rd August.

Planetary energies at this New Moon:

Mercury in square/challenge to Jupiter: Upgrading mental consciousness and dissolving old mindsets! Light...light!

The big one is Mercury in Leo squaring off to Jupiter in Scorpio at 14 degrees challenging us to bring divine light into our mental body and shift consciousness, transmuting old mindsets, beliefs and mental control patterns. Could be an ouch but ongoing surrender is the way!

Let the Leo heart take the steering wheel:

We’re learning to put our divine heart in the driver’s seat and our old pattern of controlling from the lower mind in the back seat.

If it feels like a struggle, fill the mind with light, turn on the music, meditate. Reminder that Mercury rules respiratory and nervous systems so maintaining calm and stress free activities will assist with the release of Mercury retrograde madness.

Jupiter in Scorpio trine Neptune in Pisces:

Flowing emotional energies elevating the emotions!

This aspect is going to assist the Mercury/Jupiter challenge as it opens the emotional body and helps us access higher spiritual consciousness. Making the most of the water energies, music, flowing movement, artistic expression etc. will help release the mental control energies which could feel resistant to change

Mars connecting positively to Chiron at 1 degree Aquarius/Aries

More healing energies coming in for our fire and drive, a reclamation and reconnection to our physical body and strength as old wounds around identity are freed and evolved. Mars will be moving back into Capricorn 2 days after the New Moon so this is our last chance of accessing the cosmic waves of Aquarius.

The Eclipse Vortex:

Onward through the next phase which is all about Leo

The next stretch of this eclipse passage is in Leo which gives us indications of what kind of changes we may expect with the eclipse change process.

Firstly, it’s a solar eclipse so the changes will manifest in the outer world, the physical.

The changes may manifest in the next lunar month to 6 months from now.

The focus is about us being the light and shining our light as our creative selves.

As we accept the change process and keep choosing joy, divine love and creative passion we need to be back ourselves in the world as we take new steps possibly in new directions.

The creative potential of this eclipse is huge. The more we surrender to our destiny the better.

Note: The eclipses for 2019 and midway to 2020 will all be in the Cancer/Capricorn dimensions (apart from one in Leo in January 2019) so we need to really set some strong intents at this new moon in Leo to set us up for carrying us through the change processes of 2019 and 2020 which may rattle the security chains in the world. Let’s set our divine self in order and be in the strength and courage to be the supportive forces for others who may be thrown about over the next 2 years. We have more to do as our divine selves and our spirit is being called on to our own divine fulfilment.

What a great release coming in after this New Moon eclipse and carrying us forward emotionally and spiritually towards the Sun entering Virgo on 23rd August and then to the Full Moon in Pisces coming in on 26th August.

These two planets are in harmony at the New Moon with just a degree apart so we get a taste at that time of this gorgeous flowing energy where the emotions are wide open and old consciousness which has been buried in our being is released.

The doorway to emotional transformation opened: Divine release!

This is a very positive flowing energy opening up our blocked emotionally wounded energies, releasing and raising consciousness within us personally and within the collective. Whew! We needed this!

The next lunar doorway is the Full Moon in Pisces on 16th August which promises some flushing of the emotional systems through the higher flowing energies of the Pisces ocean of the collective unconscious. it will bring much to culmination from this eclipse passage but know that eclipses continue to impact us for the next month to 6 months.

Meanwhile, we’re likely to get moving on a few worldly affairs and communication fronts when Mercury moves direct on 19th August. Remember that things are always most ‘clogged’ in these areas for the few days before and after Mercury stations. They’re the most challenging times as I rediscovered this past month with my communications debacle. Imagine 2 Geminis talking to a Call Centre in the Philippines trying to get some action on my phone/net!
