Hi everyone!
What’s been happening:
Yes, I know we’re travelling under the Cancer Sun, but it
seems like the Capricorn Full Moon has been shadowing us since it’s arrival on
2nd July. That full moon flushed out those earth energies and earth memories of
deep insecurity held by us all.
Pluto called us to the depths: Pluto
& Full Moon in Capricorn!
Pluto rules mines, mining, what is buried. With it in such
close proximity to the Full Moon, it plunged us into the depths of the
unconscious, of the cell memories within us which are plugged into the earth’s
body.
Physical and financial insecurities flushed out:
Capricorn issues emerging from
memories!
Capricorn is concerned with our physical and fiscal security, so hardly
surprising that we see the situation in Greece and the stockmarkets dropping
dramatically in China. Pluto rules big money. stockmarkets. Capricorn rules
governments, the status quo, tradition, authority, fathering and the aged.
Pluto’s been giving the status quo a regular workover for some years and
will continue to do so until 2024 when he moves out of Capricorn.
Emotional insecurities about home and family flushed out:
Focus of
the Cancer Sun!
The Cancer Sun continues to shine its light on
our home, family and our sense of belonging.
The Full Moon opposite the Cancer Sun brought to the fore any concerns
about safety, childhood issues around safety, home and mothering.
Capricorn Authority figures and Cancerian Nurturing
energies:
With the Capricorn Moon bringing authority and
father issues to light, the Sun bringing nurturing and mother issues to light,
we can see the broader perspective playing out in Greece’s situation, the
conflict between maintaining the economic status quo and nurturing the Greek
people. It’s interesting to watch it play out on the world stage. I’m sure
there’ll be ongoing changes in this area, despite the agreement reached by the
Euro group and the Greek Government.
Personally: It’s been a physical/emotional experience!
Did the
mind question it all???
Many people have been feeling this Capricorn Full Moon reverberating
through their lives, on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual
dimensions. If we remember that Capricorn is an earth sign, represented in the
Tarot as The Earth card, ruled by Saturn, we can catch a glimpse of what we’ve
been processing through all our bodies and feeling big time in the
physical!
Heavy duty energies: Sleep, sleep and more sleep!
In particular, we’ve been experiencing the
emergence and release of the emotional memories as they come through our
physical vessels, our bodies. They’re planetary as well as personal memories.
If you’ve been here on Earth through many, many lifetimes and experiences.
there’s plenty to re-experience and to release. Of course, we know all memories
are not painful. We also know that the traumatic, painful memories are the ones
we bury in our beings. Put it away until we can face it and resolve it.
The enforced rest, sleep and feelings of lethargy have been forcing us to
be still as we integrate the light energies of the Moon and the Sun, helped
along with some solar activity. As the light shifts the deep buried dense
energies, we feel like we’re draining out, emptying out everything in our
being. It’s not a time for being motivated or to push ourselves to do something
that is not going to support the whole process of release.

Some mental R & R at the beach: Just feel
the waves of emotion!
After Mercury’s extended sojourn in its home sign
of Gemini stirring up all kinds of confusing mental states, we’re having some
time out from any mental turmoil, anxiety, nervous tension as our mind is now
called to connect to the emotions.
Clarifying emotions and emotional states of mind:
Just let the waves lap into the shore and over our mental bodies as we are
supported by the planetary energies in the feeling it and letting it go
process.
Answers coming from the emotions: The heart knows!
Working out things with the mind will require an emotional checking in to
see how we’re feeling. Answers are more likely to be revealed through the
emotional body as long as we’re prepared to clear any emotional ‘blockages’ on a
regular basis. 
Put aside mental turmoil: Sink into the heart
energy!
We’re in a 2 week window of letting the mind have a rest. Just keep coming
back to this when the mind comes in to take over. Send it to the heart and the
emotional body for directions and guidance.
Mars and Mercury meeting at the New Moon:
This letting go process may be a little challenging around the New Moon
energy in Cancer when Mars and Mercury meet on the same degree in Cancer. This
is the body and mind coming together and asking to align mentally and physically
within the waters of the Cancerian emotions.

planetary energies, are uniting and bringing us inner and outer strength to

Home, family, feelings of emotional security and a sense of
belonging!
We’re being called home to our family, our place of belonging. We’re
coming in from the cold!
Profound healing energies coming from this New Moon:
Saturn and Chiron in trine to the Moon!
The New Moon and Sun in Cancer will be in positive, flowing and harmonious
energy to Saturn, Lord of Karma in Scorpio and to Chiron, the healer in Pisces.
Nurturing, divine mother energies bringing us home:
This healing will bring forth a collective healing around home/Cancer and
the family nurturing energy along with the government/authoritarian energies of
Saturn. Karma is being resolved with Saturn/Karma in Scorpio and the spiritual
wounds of the collective emotional energy. People will be choosing a pathway to
resolution in their own psyche as they choose the higher path of love in the
earth family.

Uranus in
challenge to the moon wakes us up!
This doesn’t mean the end of war, conflict,
inequity on the planet but a call to all those who have not realised their own
heartfelt desires with respect to our oneness as a people of the earth.
We are one family, one tribe and have been conflicted,
fighting over the dinner table for centuries.

Where’s my ‘family’?
Squaring off to the New
Moon/Sun Uranus could work in a positive way as people call out ‘What about
me?’ People are likely to be awakened to looking for ‘family’, to seek a sense
of belonging in whatever ‘family’ resonates with them. Individuals are likely
to start drawing together with others within the social spectrum.
Jupiter in Leo:
Finding like-minded family in social connections!
Calling all kindred
spirits!
Jupiter is in a positive
relationship with this New Moon, only 30 degrees away in Leo. Jupiter is a
planet of social consciousness and in Leo is awakening to our own divine child
innocence, our joy of life. It’s calling us out to play, to romance, to
re-experience the childhood joys of creative play and creative arts.
Flowing on from this New Moon,
many will feel motivated to start making new social connections which nourish
and stimulate that inner divine child, the joy of life and the romantic in all
of us. This will be strongly tied in to that sense of belonging, the tribal
call of like-minded others.
Venus supporting with
love vibes:
With Venus within kissing distance of Jupiter, we
can add a strong flavour of love and romance to this New Moon. We will be
seeking this love and romance flavour in a real sense of connection with those
aligned in the wider society, within a social group, within the ‘family’
connection. We will feel likely to create new connections and new experiences
around love both in partnership and with groups of people. It’s all about
falling in love with ourselves and others! Should be fun!

Mars, our physical body, fire
and drive meets with Mercury our mental energy. Mind and body are united on a
significant degree, the degree of the fixed star Sirius. Sirius is regarded as
a significant player in the world of astrology, not just because it is the
brightest fixed star in our skies. It is associated with the ascended masters,
those who have walked on the earth and evolved in consciousness while they lived
their earthly lives. There’s a lot more to Sirius, being associated and revered
by so many ancient societies for so long. 
Mars/Mercury/Sirius
opposed/challenged by Pluto in Capricorn: Potential war and
peace! Align with the higher, divine mind!
Whenever Pluto’s in play we
know it isn’t necessarily going to be an easy game! It has the potential to be
explosive as Pluto keeps releasing these deep seated energies like a lava flow
threatening eruption. Opposite Mars, the god of war who thrives on conflict is
alongside Mercury who thrives on mental gymnastics.
Remember the happy
soul in the happy home: However....the good news
is that Mercury,
Mars and the higher energy of Sirius are all in Cancer which is calling us to
the happy home. Whatever arises at this New Moon, before, during or after which
gets the hackles up inciting you to express yourself with unrestrained anger,
just trust that this is old buried energy in Pluto’s mine of information. Yes,
it may need to be settled but the goal here is the love and nurturing that comes
with the happy soul in a happy home.

Whenever there is new astronomical knowledge, it
becomes significant to astrology as it makes its presence felt in our realm of
understanding and collective psyche and consciousness.
New Horizons reaching the farthest outreaches of our solar system yet
explored, brings to life a small planetary body which has immense significance
to astrology. regardless of astronomical definition of its size.
Pluto is about deep transformational forces which are often hidden from
sight. We’re all wondering of the significance of the revelations of Pluto’s
appearance as New Horizons sends back first pictures of up close and personal.
The fact that Pluto is playing a part in the New Moon energies also
signifies much is to come to light as Pluto comes home to us from the darkest
edge of our solar world.

Virgo’s earth energy offers an incredibly soothing
energy for those who are troubled, who are disconnected from the earth and for

That’s it folks! Happy New Moon to us all! Sure feels like we’re
travelling, spiritually if not physically! I left off my last paragraph last
update so apologies for that. Just goes to show where my head was...in the
clouds.
However, we’re rolling along beautifully amongst the chaos of
challenged and disintegrated systems. Amazing to see the creative spirit coming
through when people and nations are on the back foot. We’re on the planet of
growth and change and when we’ve reached maximum growth for this lifetime our
soul calls us ‘home’. That’s my take on it...for the moment.
It seems more
souls are departing and animals leaving their earthly existence. Love to all
who are feeling the pain of loss and the emptiness that comes when someone close
to us leaves the physical world.
Love and blessings to us all as we follow the yellow brick road, our own
personal road of liberation, joy and divine abundance on all levels.
