Hi everyone!
Here we are
looking out to sea, dreaming our dreams under the Pisces Sun, dipping ourselves
into the universal flow of love! If not yet, soon!
The
invitation is to float along, go with the flow, keep clearing the ‘blockages’
and old schisms locked into our memory banks and allow the currents to deliver
us to a more evolved consciousness. It may not have been quite so easy if you’re
in a tight spot or FEEL like you’re in a tight spot. Trusting is everything now
as we’re called to get in touch with a bigger vision!
Mercury and Venus, mind and heart have been
travelling in Aquarius which has been calling to us to evolve our mental and
emotional energies through the galactic connections uplifting to divine mind and
heart.
With
Mercury, our mind power in Aquarius, a sign working with the mental body, we may
well have been overtaken by mental turmoil, stress, resistance as we’ve been
grappling with letting go of the small mind and the mind control.
The broader
Pisces energies of the Sun, Chiron and the South Node of the moon have us
floating in a sea of mass consciousness, calling us to allow, allow, receive and
let go!
Gear changing week ahead: Mercury and Mars
change signs!
Meanwhile,
our two movers and shakers in the planetary line-up are just changing signs
which means a gear change for everyone!
Mercury
moves from a mentally focussed sign into the watery emotional sign of Pisces. A
day later, Mars from the exploratory emotional depths of Scorpio into optimistic
Sagittarius.
With mind
immersed in water and body on fire, we may experience some sauna like moments of
release! Get the towelling robe ready!
Yes!
Steamed maybe the best way of describing it. We’re travelling thanks to the
alchemical steam power of fire and water!
5th March: Mercury in Aquarius challenges Mars in Scorpio at 29 degrees
40 at 4.43 pm AEDT
A culmination and resolution:
A call to mastery of mind/body unification!
The
connecting of these two planets only hours before Mercury moves into Pisces is
highly significant and indicative of a huge culminating force of resolution of
any discord between the mind/Mercury and body/Mars energies. Time to unify
mind/body in a show of mastery!
Potential
for conflict and potential for resolution: Be aware of words spoken in
anger!
Mercury’s the communicator, the messenger and
all mentally focussed. Mars carries the fire of the masculine warrior
energies. The potential for conflict is in the air whether within our own
psyche or in relationship to others. Both planets are in fixed signs which means
there’s not a lot of give and take available. It will be about choosing to come
to a place of peace within the psyche and allowing any frustration, irritation,
anger or power struggle to be swept away by the force of spiritual power within
that is now available to us.
Effective
from 4th to 6th:
Fortunately
this meeting won’t be lengthy as Mercury pulls away and enters the soothing
waters of Pisces within the day with resultant healing of any sharp words that
have been spoken.
Mind/body
connection: Mercury is our mind energy and Mars is our physical
body
This is a
mind/body manifestation of any inner or outer conflict so we may feel it
mentally or in our physical body on the personal level. Needless to say, this
conflict could manifest out there in the world around us. We just need to
maintain awareness of our own state of being and let go of whatever is
challenging us mentally or from our physical being.
This is a
culminating point of change testing our capacity to handle the mind/body
connections and the masculine energies in a whole new way. With the Capricorn
moon dominating during this aspect there’s all likelihood we’ll be releasing old
patriarchal and status quo energies from within the memory banks and DNA.

Mercury’s
movement into Pisces after moving over the last degree of Aquarius and squaring
off to Mars will be a welcome relief, like plunging into the soothing waters
after a very hot day.

all at sea carried by waves of changing consciousness:
Of course
all energies carry challenges and opportunities for growth so don’t be surprised
in finding our mind is all at sea, carried out on the currents and tides of the
great consciousness of Pisces. This feeling of being swept away, washed clean
of the old jousting mental energies will put us in touch with the bigger picture
of higher consciousness enacted through the emotional and higher spiritual
energies of Pisces.
Inspiration
and imagination: New ideas, solutions and insights! Dreams!
This will put us in touch with inspirational
thought and imaginative ideas...perfect for artistic and creative directions and
a whole new way of problem solving. That is, provided we allow ourselves to be
carried by the Piscean impetus connecting with the universal oneness. We’re
dreaming in new visions and expanding old ones!
Communication
focus on emotions: Understanding and acceptance!
The important change for us all with this
energy is the shift from the mental focus that came with Mercury in Aquarius to
an emotional focus of Mercury in Pisces.

With this
energy we’re likely to get in touch with an understanding and acceptance of our

6th March: Mars moves into Sagittarius at 1.28 pm AEDT...all fire and optimism!
Tempered a little by Mars moving through shadow
retrograde!

It’s fire meets fire!
Steamed up
and heading down the track with typical Sagittarian optimism. Mars is all fire,
drive and action and wants everything done ‘yesterday’.
His entry would be just
like that except that Mars is now travelling in shadow retrograde so a steady
pace with a likelihood of review, revamp and changing direction and impetus
after 17th March when Mars stations/turns retrograde. Just a willingness to
backtrack in the future is more the go.
Steady
and cheerful movement forward:
Mars might
not be travelling at full speed like a jet train, but he’s happily travelling
along as a steam engine. He’s still moving and still on fire. In this mood
we’re able to move forward with some degree of optimism thanks to Sagittarius
and make some distance while under steam.
Life
force and energy: Slow and steady...pacing ourselves!
This will
apply to achieving in the physical world as Mars is the expression of our
physicality as well as our fire and drive. We will be called to go with the
flow as the watery Pisces energies just don’t want us to rush anything.
17th
March: Mars retrograde journey begins!
He doesn’t
enter his actual retrograde journey until 17th March at 8 degrees Sagittarius
which means from that time on he’ll be backtracking over all the landscape in
which we’re currently travelling right back to 23 degrees Scorpio.
Oh no!
Just when we thought we’d get ahead!
We’re
already experiencing a big physical makeover as Mars represents our
physical body, ongoing recalibration of our physical metabolism. I’m trusting
that this will be easier than some of the physical challenges of the past few
years but who really knows!
A
purification and renewal of our fire and drive, our masculine warrior energies
is all part of this retrograde journey. It’s a bit like a sweat lodge as we
enter the fiery energies of Sagittarius with a release of overheated energies
which haven’t yet resolved, all those buried memories of anger and resentment
within the ancestral DNA. The return to Scorpio at the end of June will be like
plunging into the watery cleansing process that comes after being ‘in the
steamer’. Whew!

upcoming New Moon in Pisces.
