How did you survive Saturn stationing and meeting with the star Antares on
13th August? Whew!
Saturn ‘birthing’ with Antares into the light of
consciousness:
Saturn's on his way in forward motion again after moving through
what felt like the 'birth canal' of his stationing on 13th August.
It
didn't feel like the easiest of births with the dark energy of the star Antares
holding us at the threshold to the underworld bringing up some deadly energies,
some dark primal, karmic forces from within humanity, within the earth.

The
intensity of that meeting with
Antares will slowly dissipate although both Saturn and Antares are sitting on 9
degrees for a couple more weeks. They will be meeting with Mars, our physical
body, masculine warrior energy on that degree on 23rd/24th August. More karmic
release!

Retrograde journeys expand our inner
understanding and our growth in spiritual consciousness. After the retrograde
journey, we bring that new learning from the unconscious back into the world.
That is when we discover how we’ve changed and the transformation that has
occurred ‘undercover’ during the retrograde period.
Saturn is connected with physical manifestation and is
therefore related to how we perceive changes of state in our physical world.
Don’t expect the usual physical activity as Saturn’s in low gear and is on 9
degrees Sagittarius until the end of August. That doesn’t mean to say that
physical changes are not occurring. In Sagittarius it’s very much about the
shifts in consciousness and ideology both at the personal and transpersonal
level.

Journey to the stars!
Aquarius is the outer limits of consciousness
offering us the energies to break through the bonds of our thinking. Aquarius
is a a fixed sign, ruled by ‘chain’ breaker Uranus and with the capacity to
detach emotionally taking us into new mental pathways of thought and innovative
problem solving without the emotional baggage.
From a distance: Let’s check out these memories! Bye bye to the
old!
The Full Moon is all emotion bringing into
consciousness memories and the past from deep within the unconscious mind. In
Aquarius, we have the opportunity to experience these memories and emotions with
more detachment than usual. This is a perfect time to let go of past problems,
entanglements, confusions, people. places and things which are keeping us back
from growth. Bye bye!
Full Moons bring realisations: Eclipses bring sudden
change!
This is ‘an almost eclipse’ which means there will be sudden realisations
which may not find their full meaning until the Solar Eclipse at the New Moon on
1st September. We may feel we’re on the edge of something new but not quite
sure what that ‘new’ energy is. Well, not yet anyway.
Culminations and completions: One door closes...
At the Full Moon time, including 3 days either
side, we’re at a closing door time when we are given extra information and
insight through the Full Moon energies bringing forth untapped knowledge from
within our unconscious. It’s when our intuitive senses are brought alive and we
step outside rational thinking and the old ‘tried and true’ processes which may
have been our dominant modus operandi.
Radical
departures:
We are presented with
solutions to problems, concerns, old issues and the ‘stuckness’ which can come
from the tried and true method. We step outside the box of our own boxed in
thinking and suddenly we just ‘know’ the right course of action.
Be aware of ‘ram’ like
responses/reactions: Easy does it!
Because the moon throws up all
manner of illusions and confusions, it’s always suggested that you wait till
about 3 days AFTER the moon comes to fullness before you
actually close those doors. Otherwise, you may find yourself reviewing and
returning to what you felt you had left behind. Especially at this Full Moon
which has radical Uranus in Aries stimulating us to impulsive and crazy
actions. Doesn’t mean you won’t take the action suggested but sitting with it
for a few days is a good idea to gain some clarification mentally without
reactionary emotional energy driving the change.
Leo Sun opposite to Full Moon in Aquarius:
Bridging the personal
and the transpersonal...the power of love!
Leo carries a personal focus, the individual
energy of the fire and the light within each one of us whereas Aquarius carries
the transpersonal focus of humanity and our place within humanity and within the
cosmos. These two energies work together as we find how to shine our light
within ourselves, in the world of life on earth and out beyond to the worlds
within worlds in the cosmos. We are just a tiny speck of life and yet we are
comprised of the power of light and the stars which energise us within this
humungous inter-dimensional quantum space and time universe.
Liberation of minds and hearts is on offer:

rebellion and renegade thinking on tap!
Leo ruled by our Sun as centre of our solar system and Uranus on the outer
reaches of this solar system present the opportunities of bridging the inner
consciousness of our own solar centre, our essential self with the outer
dimensions of consciousness through Uranus.
Out of the box: Freedom calls!
These energies are further amplified at this Full Moon as Uranus in Aries
connects positively with both the Leo Sun and Aquarius Moon opening up our
pathways of consciousness both personally and transpersonally to innovative
thinking, breaking free of the constraints of our ‘small’ minds caught in the
‘muggledom’ of treadmill thinking. Liberation is on offer in a major way, more
than usual with Uranus in Aries a major player in this Full Moon scenario.
As within, so without: Separate and together!
The story of ‘The Little Prince’ encapsulates
this cosmic/personal story, the story of love. Leo is concerned with personal
love and Aquarius’ focus is love for humanity. Both are operational within us
and are called for as we work alone/together in shifting the consciousness
within and ‘without’. As within, so without!
Jupiter in Virgo offers a key to our new doorway: The focus for a
‘finger of God’! A call to ground whatever arises at Full Moon
time!
The other significant player at this Full Moon is
Jupiter sitting at 25 degrees Virgo, forming what’s called a ‘finger of God’, a
yod with the Full Moon in Aquarius and Uranus in Aries. Chiron, holder and
healer of the ‘wounds’ is still sitting opposite Jupiter...big healing all
over!
The key:
Focussing and grounding the call to liberating the self through our
divine ‘calling’...stay open to new possibilities!
Grounding Jupiter is the focus for the release of the Full Moon and Uranus
energies as their combination channels our attention to the wisdom and
expansiveness of Jupiter in the sign of the healer, the sign of purification.
The yod energy is demanding release and Jupiter in Virgo is the release valve
that brings big healing purification in the physical dimension whether in the
physical body or our daily existence. With Chiron opposite Jupiter, the message
is very clear...this is a universal experience, world healing...emotional,
physical and spiritual!
Divine Calling, path of service and fulfilment: In flowing
harmony, happiness and passion, the well never runs dry!
There’s something in here for us to consider that Virgo offers our pathway
to fulfilment in our contribution to the world. This is the energy that when
aligned with our true self allows us to just keep giving as we are replenished
as we go. This yod energy is likely to bring to light the insight and ignition
to the pathway forward for our passionate fulfilment in creative pursuits...our
divine calling. This energy is insistent and demands release. Hang on to your
hat!

Sun, Earth, and Moon will be very closely aligned on this day, but there will be
no lunar eclipse. There are several different ways to calculate eclipses, so
some sources are listing this event as a penumbral lunar eclipse. In any case,
viewers on Earth will not be able to see the Earth's shadow on the Moon.
