31st March 2018 Full Moon in Libra, 31st Venus enters Taurus

Hi everyone!

If we thought we were through the planetary changes that came through since the beginning of the year, the past week of the Equinox and post eclipse recovery period we now know that the changes keep on rolling out for us all.

The past week/weekend we were travelling through a couple of challenges with the Aries Sun squaring off to Mars, our fiery masculine warrior energy in Capricorn whilst Venus in Aries squared off to Pluto in Capricorn.

Saturn in Capricorn:  Esteem and respect and how we take our authority in the world!
Interesting that our Australian Cricket Captain and some team members, idolised by the general public, fell off the pedestal when he was tempted to cheat in a test match.  Yet another bastion of tradition, both as a sporting hero and a traditionally masculine sport fell from grace, off the pedestal of Capricorn excellence, respect and esteem.

This is just one incidence that is happening across the world as the greed for power and acclaim tempts power brokers to step over the line of ethical acceptance and the ‘rules of the game’. These next two years with Saturn in Capricorn, the karmic response may well be swift if we are not aligned with divine truth and will.

More challenges to the current paradigm:
A power shift in USA...the voices of the young!
Meanwhile we see the younger generation taking their power and authority in USA as they marched around the country for freedom from the killing disasters from guns and calling for greater gun control by the Federal Government.  We’re going to see more of this around the world over the next couple of years with Saturn in Capricorn as traditions held by those in legitimate authority are challenged by the masses.

What’s been happening this past week:
On the way to the Full Moon in Libra:  A couple of opportunities out of nowhere!
As we head towards the culminating turning point of the Full Moon in Libra, we’ve been given some impetus to keep going and to keep clearing the debris of these past months.  Our pathways may well be littered with ‘dead’ bodies of old energies and emotional baggage dropping off at every shift and turn of this huge experience long term experience.  It sure feels like the never ending story but that’s life on earth.

Two planetary transits hit us at the end of this past week and knocked a whole lot of us for six! With the solar activity it served to flush out toxins in the system:

29th March:  Venus met Uranus...CPR time!
A reboot to the heart...no heart attacks please!
27 degrees Aries
Effective from 28th to 30th March
When planets meet on the same degree it indicates we’re getting a reboot of these two energies working together.  Whenever Uranus is involved it can feel like lightning shocks through the nervous/neuralgic system. And working with the solar winds it sure seemed to trigger a whole stack of headaches. anxiety and jangled nerves for many people.

30th March:  Sun in square/challenge to Saturn
Major karmic release of old ties holding us back!
7 degrees Aries/Capricorn
Effective from 29th to 31st March
The Sun in Aries is putting us in touch with our essence, our divine I am self, our spiritual warrior and is calling us to break through the karmic ties to old memories, experiences, traditions, societal benchmarks especially around success.  Anything that has been blocking our growth and expansion as our essential selves has been surfacing for clearance.  The energy of the Sun in Aries will stop at nothing to clear the decks so we can move on.

Let’s not forget that Aries rules the head so if you were hit with headaches during the week, nausea, sinus trouble this tied in with the solar activity that was going on with the solar winds which were relentless.

Solar activity this past week:  Solar winds directed straight at earth for past 7 days!
A physical re-calibration!  Whew!
The Solar activity this past week has been about 7 days of solar winds streaming directly at the Earth stirring up the magnetic field.  We haven’t been experiencing magnetic storms or solar flares as so many people have been saying.  The solar wind brings huge light downloads, electrical charges to the earth and to us. The magnetic field is disturbed and disrupted but this is a different kind of energy to what we’ve previously experienced.

I know many people have been experiencing physical illness this past week and we can probably pin it down to any of the above, the two big transits and the solar disturbance pouring light energies into us.  We need to remember that hurting is healing.  I feel sure we’re working with some core ‘wounds’, blockages held in our physical bodies.

31st March:  Venus enters Taurus at 2.14 am AEDT
Grounding the love!
Open hearts to love, sensuality, life on earth!
Until 25th April

From intense Aries warrior energy to the arms of Mother Earth:
Well this will be some welcome relief from the fiery intense energy of Aries which has been carrying us forward in a passionate and committed fashion. I know many of us feel as though we’re being driven to keep up to the pace, despite Mercury moving into retrograde.  I know a couple of people who have been engaged passionately in an exercise program to drop some weight with outstanding success.  That’s the nature of Venus in Aries, the fire carrying us on with passion and determination.

Relax, recover, enjoy:  Heart’s opened to the pleasures of life on earth!
Now, time to take some time out to relax the heart and little and take in the beauty of love on earth whether in relation to intimate relationships, pleasurable activities which stimulate the physical senses and the physical body.  Venus in Taurus is all about sensuality, taste, touch, aroma, sound, vision...anything that arouses the heart to pure joy!

Venus rules Taurus so is in her element as we connect to the joys of being an earthling.  After this past week, we’ll be welcoming the respite from all the Aries energies.  However, we may not feel the full force of this beneficial and comforting energy until we move through the Full Moon in Libra as there may be a few ‘grrr’ moments as we shift gears in the full moon release.

31st March 2018:
Full Moon 10 degrees 45 minutes Libra 11.36 pm AEDT
Balance, Love, peace, justice!

Libran Full Moon:  Release, resolution...divine balance and freedom ahead!
The Libran Full Moon like all Full Moons offers release, resolution, culmination, revelations and the turning point that kicks us on towards the next new moon.  Libra is all about balance and restoring balance from imbalances in our lives.  This relates to karmic issues so the potential at the Full Moon is immense for restoration of karmic balance and justice.

Completion, culmination, endings!
Karmic resolution on offer!
However, this Full Moon promises more than a kickstart and release, feeling like a finalisation of so much karmic energy.  It may feel a little like a tightening of the noose to help us make that break for the safe place within and the resultant new potentials opening us before us.

Full Moon in Libra opposite Aries Sun:  The desired outcome...win/win!
Essentially, Libra seeks peace and harmony but with the Sun in Aries in opposition at the Full Moon we get the full impression that this is once again coming into our personal light power of the spiritual warrior...not the one with guns and swords!

Communication could be volatile:  Count 5 or 10 before ‘spitting it out’!
Time to let go the ‘tug of war’ mentality and embrace the oneness that is the goal of Libra where both ‘parties’, both sides within us come to a harmonious peace.  Mercury is very close to the ‘my way or the highway’ Aries energy and there will be an urge to speak up for ourselves as we claim our worthiness and entitlement to equity.  However, we need to temper any suppressed anger with calm, peace and a true desire to be fully in our spiritual power.
Let’s not forget that our communications manager, Mercury is in Aries...retrograde as well so words could come hot and fast and ill considered.

Mars/Saturn major players at the Full Moon:
May make us feel ‘I’m mad as hell and I’m not taking it anymore!’
With Mars and Saturn within a degree of each other in Capricorn squaring off to the Full Moon and the Sun, the message around impulsive reactionary words or actions is hammered home.  We are releasing ourselves from so much at this Full Moon when we do it with calm resolve. We have the opportunity to cut past ties of oppression and suppression arising from the internal or external benchmarks set down by conditioning and authorities in the world. To be truly successful and do it with mastery, we need to be calm, clear and at peace with the process. So,  if you get pulled over for speeding on the roads...don’t argue with the cop!

Libra rules one on one partnerships of all kinds:
The call at this full moon is to come together on the same ‘page’ in a partnership balancing act!
Art:  Duy Huynh

There’s such a big build up of energies at this Full Moon and the focus is on our place in the world in terms of ‘partnerships’!When we talk about partnerships in Libra it can be any kind of partnership from marriage, relationship, business partner or partnerships with an employer or an organisation.

Balancing the relationship ‘books’ past and present:
Reflections, projections and owning the truth of who we are!
It can also bring up issues around past relationships where we feel we were cheated, we cheated or any unresolved imbalance in relation to that partnership.  If we feel we didn’t get a ‘fair go’, a ‘fair deal’ this may come forward for resolution for coming to terms with it and making redress within ourselves, whether forgiveness for ourselves or for the ‘other’. Libra offers restoration of peace and harmony.

Facing up, fessing up and allowing softness in resolution:
 Dropping the judgements, comparisons!
We’re all fully loaded with the social conditioning based on criticisms, comparisons and judgements of ourselves and of others which seem to have gone beyond being positive analytical support for our growth and for the growth of others.  How can we build more unconditional love on earth when we cling to these damaging ‘survival of the fittest’ responses and behaviours.

Sabian Symbols for the Full Moon in Libra:  From Lynda Hill www.sabiansymbols.com

The Full Moon:  Libra 11
A PROFESSOR PEERING OVER HIS GLASSES AT HIS STUDENTS
This Symbol speaks of the ability, or the necessity, of looking at people as humans and not through the lens of something learned from books. It’s as though the aspects of the rational mind and the intuition require a different kind of focus. Seeing people for who they really are leads to better and kinder relationships, as does dropping judgmental opinions or relying on science or complicated codes of thought for answers. You may need to interrupt your rational mind to realize your intuitive ideas. At times you may feel like the “Professor” and at other times “The Student”. Having the eyes to see each other in the true light of day is the goal. Different perceptions for different situations. Seeing that others get the message. Glasses and lenses. Observing others. Giving advice. Teachers. The ability to ‘read others’.

The Sun:  Aries 11
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OR THE RULER OF ONE'S COUNTRY
This Symbol shows that it's time to take charge, to expand your base of operations and to show that you have the integrity and the necessary energy to get things done. It's also about bringing a sense of order and discipline into your life - physically, spiritually or emotionally. Find your sense of inner power and make it work for you and don't let others lord it over you. Be in control of your own destiny and individuality. Show that you can be given a position of responsibility and get things done. Developing willpower. Receiving recognition. Discipline of thoughts, emotions and actions. Being in charge of your own life. The democratic process. Being voted in. Being head-honcho.

Hugs all around!

We’re hanging in, hanging out together even if we feel a little scattered, shattered and separated from ‘the mob’.  Energetically we’re aligned and we’re vibrating like a swarm of bees tuning in and buzzing together.

We move through this Full Moon resolution and we’re headed towards the New Moon in Aries, the lunar beginning of our year.  We’re already well underway with our solar year with Aries firing us up and clearing away the debris from our divine essential selves.  With Mercury turning direct on 15th April followed by the New Moon in Aries and then Chiron’s move to Aries, mid April has a big line up with major focus on fiery Aries.

Love and blessings to us all as we move into being more of who we are as we strip away the false images and old conditioned responses.
