from the chair: 27th June: 2019: Mercury enters Leo

Hi everyone!

We’re on the shoreline of the Cancer Sun but with our focus on the lighthouse, the beacon of light guiding us through the ancestral energies and history coming to the surface during this time.

Whew! That was some Solstice doorway! The Solstice is a turning point for the year, a day/s when time ‘stands still’ and we are held in the empty space, the void of nothingness where huge releases are possible. It’s a time which breaks through the veil of time, when we can contact other times, places and dimensions.

Intensified Solstice energies boosted by the Neptune station!

Neptune stationing on the same day added to this breakthrough to other worlds. Dreams and dreaming may have expanded our consciousness and spiritual growth. Unresolved energies from other times, places and people presented for resolution in our unconscious/conscious states of being.

The Neptune ‘station’ added to the Solstice, which is when the Sun also comes to a standstill as he shifts gear, bringing an intensification which brings release, readjustment and a realignment.

A big let go!

When planets change direction, either in retrograde or direct motion, there’s an intensification of the energies when they come to stillness. Neptune’s been sitting on 18 degrees since 1st May but nevertheless that actual coming to a standstill brought all the Neptune energies into a big powerful release process.

A turning point: Setting the intent for next 6 months!

It’s also a time when we set the intent for the next 6 months of the year until the December Solstice. Once we set our intent, we take action. Just one small step is enough to back up the intention and get the ball rolling. There’s not a lot of energy available at present for big action in the physical world but exploring options is definitely the way to go for the time being.

Changing loyalties. Turning points in obligations or duties. Announcing new standards. Letting go of old allegiances and taking up new ones. Divorces, marriages, shifts.

Pisces 19 A MASTER INSTRUCTING THEIR DISCIPLE

This shows the ability, or the need, to be a student, a “Disciple”, or a teacher, a “Master”. At times you’ll find yourself being either one or the other. You may be the teacher or the pupil, but remember that it is often the teacher that learns and the pupil that teaches. This shows taking time for the transfer of higher knowledge and wisdom. It’s also a sign to listen to your own higher wisdom. Someone with something worthwhile to say will usually find someone eager to listen. When you have a need to learn something, it seems that the “Master” will always appear. To give and to receive. Listening and learning. Knowledge, wisdom and spirituality. Knowing what questions to ask. Doing the homework. Manuscripts, books and lessons.

Completing the Mercury in Cancer mental makeover!  

Joining ‘the dots’, the right cables to the right plug!

We're completing the 'addled mind' syndrome of  Mercury in Cancer,  which has been a symptom of these past weeks. 
Our mind manager has been exposed to some mixed messages arising from the unconscious, the past, the ancestors, other times, places and experiences. It's been a little like trying to find the right electricity cord for the right plug!

We've been clearing old mindsets, thoughts and karmic patterns which have been clogging the clarity of our minds.  Hopefully, we'll be getting some more light into our  mental bodies and nervous systems with Mercury's move to Leo.

Let the golden light pour into the brain and right through the whole nervous system, vertebral column and into the lungs and throat! Breathe in the golden light and let it flood every cell in the body with golden healing light of Leo love.

A light filled mental body: Filling our beings with passion and joy!

Our balloons carrying our hopes and dreams are lifting off as our minds are cleared of impediments to our acceptance of our divinity and entitlement to divine love and fulfilment of hopes and dreams. It’s time to clear the mind of mental clutter and old ‘voices’.

Awakening our creative minds, our heart of passion!

Leo rules creativity, romance and children and brings us the light of the Sun into these areas of our life. Whatever your focus for this next stretch of time, keep the focus on love and the power of love.

Make the most of these next 3 weeks of Mercury in Leo as a foundation for establishing the power of the light energies of joy and passion as a guiding principle to carry through the month of July and the eclipses. Mars and Venus will be joining Mercury in Leo the first week of July. More light!

8th July: Mercury will retrograde at 4 degrees Leo. Please remind yourself that retrograde periods are times of spiritual acceleration when so much growth and expansion is happening ‘within’. That’s when we have time to slow, integrate, regroup and reconsider. Any creative work or ideas that surface from 27th June to 8th July may well require some development during that retrograde period.

The power of words! Words of love or hate? Words that uplift or put down?

Famous words from Thumper the Rabbit say it all: Framing ‘freedom of speech’ in the power of love!

We seem to be in quite a state of controversial discussion in societies across the world as more people increasingly demand ‘freedom of speech’. It has a personal as well as societal ground base of beliefs but undoubtedly is connected to what emerges from our unconscious mind in reactions and responses which may feel beyond ‘loving words’.

However, wouldn’t it be great if more of us could stay with the focus of loving thoughts and words as Leo light works its magic on us. It’s not easy to let negative words, comments and opinions just pass us by as the urge to speak our minds becomes overwhelming.

It sure feels like ‘the hex’ of the dark ages is still very much present as human nature is still locked in the power struggle paradigm of history. But many of us are conscious of these old patterns and working on changing the way we speak and think.

The voice is a power centre and words are a powerful tool for ourselves and all when we choose to let the negatives go and then speak our truth from the heart. Remember, Leo is the path of heart. Remember Thumper’s words!

We’re coming home and claiming our place of belonging where we feel safe and secure within ourselves. We’re in the ‘family’ month seeking a strong foundation of home, family and the connections with ‘soul’ families of all kinds.

As we connect to our family of one heart, we build a sense of security based on love, divine love, acceptance, unity and tolerance.

There is no room in this energy for words and thoughts which are damaging to ourselves and others. We keep our focus on that and we’ll all be okay as we travel through this next few weeks of eclipse energies.
