27th April 2021: Full Moon in Scorpio, 28th April: Pluto stations retrograde

Hi everyone!

‘Consider the lilies of the field’!

Travelling in the light of the Taurus Sun held in the arms of Mother Earth the Taurus pilgrims, Venus and Mercury uniting the forces of heart and mind to keep us focussed on the road ahead of one heart, one mind. Can we see the beauty of the earth and recognise the gift of our life on earth at this time? Can we feel the power of divine love?

And what is our goal, our focus?  It’s all about love

Taurus invites us to accept the bounty that is our divine birthright.  All we need to do is reclaim all the love and acceptance in our hearts for ourselves...all of us here and now. It’s been a lifetime project that’s ongoing.

Growing, changing, transforming along with all the earth energy:

We’ve been so busy reclaiming, releasing all those aspects we carry within from times past...whether this or other times, places or of the ancestors that we can forget to nurture ourselves in the bounty of Mother Earth. This lifetime here and now is a major clearing house, a make or break energy for evolution on the planet.  Yes, it’s ongoing but we are all playing our part.

Taurus, the power of love within and without:   The earth is our barometer

Taurus brings to light any shortfalls in our self-love, self-esteem and self-acceptance and asks us to consider our value and our values.  The power of love within is reflected in our world we inhabit. If there’s a shortfall, then we need to clear those ‘wounds’ around love from within.  They may be ancestral/other reality wounds which we are carrying.  It’s our calling to release them.

As we enter the energies of the Scorpio Full Moon we’re likely to find those matters pertaining to love, money, self-esteem, self-worth and self-love come to the fore whether in our physical lives or in the mind, heart or spirit.

The message of Taurus:
‘Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin’

Full quote from the bible:  Matthew 6:28 https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Matthew+6%3A25-34%2CLuke+12%3A22-32&version=ASV

Let the lily and the lilies of the field work their magic through us:

The lily seems a fitting flower to symbolise the current energies, the Taurus Sun and the Scorpio Full Moon which is why the above quote came to mind about faith, trust and belief in our divine powers and our divine connection and support that comes to us from the earth and the cosmos.  The lily is a symbol of purity and innocence which is why it is associated the death and dying.  At physical death the soul is restored to innocence.  The Cobra lily, the ‘snake’ of transformation for this time.

27th April:

Full Moon in Scorpio at 1.31 pm AEST 7 degrees 06 Scorpio

We rise out of the mud!

Do and die:  Give it up, surrender to the natural forces of life and death!

The Scorpio Full Moon, a major ‘full stop’ a huge completion energy as the forces bring us the power of transformation, transmutation, death and rebirth.

All full moons bring things to a head, to a completion, a turning point but the Scorpio full moon is immense in its call for transformation and endings.

The Scorpio/Taurus continuum highlights resources, personal, financial:

Taurus and Scorpio rule what is regarded as the two ‘money’ houses in Astrology, the second and eighth house.  However both houses are deeply embedded with the energies of love/Taurus and intimacy/Scorpio.

The Taurus Sun is shining a light on our personal resources, heart

connection, gifts, talents, self love, self-worth and self esteem as well as our capacity for earning financially from our gifts, abilities and belief in ourselves. Taurus delivers to us what we need physically in terms of comfort and support, reflecting our self-love and worth.  It responds to love.  The Taurus team:

Sun, Uranus, Venus, Mercury and Black Moon.

The Scorpio Full Moon puts  the focus on resources from ‘without’ from sources outside our personal assets and gifts, from institutional income and financial support such as government, insurance, taxation, along with intimate partnerships, financial partnerships.  Scorpio delivers to us the transformational ‘return’ from our engagement with others. The Scorpio ‘team’:  Full Moon

Pluto packing powerful push to surrender:

The Scorpio Full Moon stands alone in the sky but Pluto, ruler of Scorpio is intensely charged at this time as he comes to a standstill preparing to turn retrograde on 28th April.  Pluto ‘stationing’ is adding to the Scorpio power, so if you’re feeling a little drained of energy, it’s partly Pluto forcing a surrender.

We’re the waterlilies growing up to the light out of the muddy bottom of the pond:  Rising up through the mud, the water into the light of rebirth!

As we meet this Full Moon we’ve come through a week or two of immense cleansing and detoxing, realigning with our higher consciousness in mind, body, heart and spirit.  The solar activity, a shaky magnetic field and Mars still travelling out of bounds, along with the Moon every couple of weeks is shaking up our comfort zone in the body, nervous system.

This Full Moon is bringing all those threads of the past weeks into focus as we prepare to walk through another big doorway of change. Taking time to rest, be still and relax is vital for maintaining our equilibrium.

What do you truly desire?  Making space for the new, let go of the old!

And how much are you prepared to drop out of the comfort zone to attain that desire.  The bigger the vision, the greater the sacrifice of all that we’ve known.  When you’re going for ‘gold’ and a golden life of creative fulfilment then the demands of the journey are greater.  The ‘demands’ are our willingness to ‘die’ over and over again, our cells, our memories along with our physical bits and pieces.  It’s our decision what goes and what stays as no-one is in charge of our transformation.  And no-one knows who we really are.  We’re just discovering ourselves as the ‘layers of the onion’ are peeled away.

The frog is a symbol of transformation and emotional cleansing.  Frogs give us licence to contact the water energies and maybe have a good cry.

Karmic resolution:

The challenge/opportunity for karmic uplift...’beam me up Scotty’

This is  a challenge/opportunity for some karmic resolution and raising the roof on our consciousness with Saturn continuing to square off to the Taurus team.  Saturn is our authority and Aquarius is higher cosmic consciousness.

Saturn in Aquarius has just gone through a squaring off to Mercury and Venus in the past few days and still sits at 12 degrees Aquarius just 2 degrees from Uranus at 10 degrees Taurus. With Saturn in the picture, we know there’s karma involved and with Saturn in Aquarius, a call to higher consciousness, a higher authority beyond the status quo.

Uranus in Taurus is continuing to stir our comfort zone as well as our physical body, our vessel.  We’re in a long term makeover with this aspect as the luxurious energies of Taurus have been brought into focus with the global lockdown, economic imbalances and income loss.  We’ve got a way to go yet to bring back excesses and indulgences which the earth cannot continue supporting.

Sabian Symbols:  Lynda Hill www.sabiansymbols.com

The Moon:  Scorpio 8

THE SILVERY MOON SHINING ACROSS A BEAUTIFUL GEM OF A LAKE
This Symbol implies seeing things reflected in the world around. It can also show someone who loses the plot through not being able to differentiate reality from fiction, intuition from dreaming or what’s theirs from someone else’s emotions, thoughts or reality. Certainly, this speaks of depth in intellect, intuition and emotions. Whether there are hidden depths of not, there may be a strong sense of things being ‘reflected’, as the “Moon” reflects on the “Lake” much like a mirror. What needs reflection? Or less projection? Are things evaluated merely on a superficial level? Are you able to see things for how they really are? Look for signs you need to observe, and watch how life can be reflected around you. Reflections. Reactions. Photographs. Picture postcard images. Mirrors. Stillness. Quiet. Projection – especially based on appearances. Psychic abilities. Placid emotions.

The Sun:  Taurus 8
A SLEIGH WITHOUT SNOW
This Symbol implies having the vehicle, but not the fuel, the gas or energy to get the vehicle going or make use of what’s available. It speaks about seasonal variations where things available some times are not available at others. You may have to make the most of situations without much help. Are you expending energy trying to make things work in difficult conditions? You can often fuel things by tapping into your imagination. What adjustments or improvisations can be made? You may sometimes need to wait until the time is right, to have the 'fuel' to complete your mission. Independence from outer circumstances. Anticipating future conditions. Having no money or resources to move forward. Filling up your tank. The value of timing.

28th April Pluto stations retrograde at 6.01 am AEST at 26 degrees 48 Capricorn

Until 7th October: Stations direct at 24 degrees Capricorn

‘Heigh ho, heigh ho it’s off to work we go’!

Yes, we’re up and down that Capricorn mountain once again.  Pluto retrogrades every year for about 6 months and with him travelling in Capricorn long term, until 2024, we’ve got ‘miles to go before I sleep’ or rather, a few more retrograde periods before 2024.

We’re travelling as one into the diamond mine of inner riches, our inner wealth that sustains, maintains and holds us in prosperity.

Time to dig in and discover the inner riches of our divine destiny!

We’re backtracking over old territory, entering the labyrinth of self-discovery and really getting to the bottom of our own personal barrel of power so we can access our golden energy.  Pluto is the gold mine where esoterically we dig and discover our power source to bring into the world. So dig in everyone to find that rich inner resource, the untapped inner power, our diamond light!

Capricorn is about worldly success and Pluto is pure power.

Pluto in Capricorn highlights big money, big institutions so wherever it’s activated is significant.  Pluto is currently travelling through Capricorn, the sign ruling government, big business, organisations, global systems and ‘structures’ both organisational as well as the physical world of buildings, walls.

A global period of ‘navel gazing’:

This energy has a broadly based global impact as one of the outer ‘planets’ of the galaxy and therefore a generational change agent like Uranus and Neptune. These planets bring a deep dredging of human consciousness, dive deep into the psyche, heart, mind and spirit of humanity to create gradual, slow moving changes.

1st May:  Sun meets/conjoins Uranus in Taurus:

Birthing a new cycle higher consciousness on earth!

This aspect is a booster awakening us to our place on earth and giving us just the jolt we need to get out of the comfort zone and get moving with something that's been on the backburner maybe.

Here's a new cycle of out of the box ideas to give us just the push to initiate some new action in our lives.

After the doldrums...a mental wake up!

9th May:  Venus enters Gemini

12th May:  New Moon in Taurus at 4.59 am AEST 21 degrees 18 Taurus

14th May:  Jupiter enters Pisces until 29th July

That’s all folks!  Hugs all around!

We’re the observers of our own lives, our labours as we grow in understanding of our journey and our current place in our growth in consciousness and understanding. We need to step away from our ‘little’ world from time to time to get the big picture of what’s happening to us and to our place in the world. Finding the higher viewing point is a good start whether you image yourself to be the evolved Scorpio eagle or the dwarf on the landing surveying the scene below.

Retrograde planets give us this perspective as we review aspects of the past, our decisions, choices and directions. Pluto retrograde for about 6 months offers new experiences with old ‘problems’ or issues and make gradually shift our understanding around our spiritual power, attitudes and values with regard to success in the world.

Love and blessings at this powerful full moon, closer to the earth than usual so an extra strong pull on us and the planet.  Letting go of the fears and anxieties of poverty consciousness at this time will serve us well.
