Hi everyone!

Yes, despite this image we are travelling in the light of the Taurus Sun, the sign of earth’s abundance and physical fulfilment of our earthly delights, heart’s desires and heart healing. Our tree may be bare, but it’s awaiting the new growth coming with the New Moon in Taurus on 12th May. This tree may symbolise how some of us are feeling after the past two weeks...shredded and waiting.

Since the Scorpio Full Moon: Clearance central...everything ‘old’ must go!

The past two weeks since the Scorpio Full Moon, we’ve been carried through the minefield of change, release and death to the past. The two weeks after any full moon are a period of completing the process activated at the full moon. The ‘door’ on these energies closes when we meet the New Moon in Taurus.

Increase in solar activity: Solar flares keeping you awake?

The planetary forces of change have been intensified by solar activity with an increase in solar flares related to the beginnings of a new solar cycle moving away from ‘minimum’ activity which has been with us for a while.

The Moon ‘out of bounds’ fortnightly: Experiencing alternative realities...whoo!

On top of that, we’re now getting regular ‘hits’ with the out of bounds moon every couple of weekends, throwing our emotional state into alternate realities. Possibly disconcerting to our general equilibrium and feeling of emotional security. Being the moon, it can take us back to the past possibly in dreams. However, it can activate the imagination and creative exploration of new possibilities to renew and excite our spirit.

‘Out of bounds’ planets have a personal impact and import:

This pattern will be with us for years and may not necessarily throw us off balance. It will depend on the planetary energies at that time and the signs being transited by the moon. This is likely to be a personal impact that may not be experienced by everyone.

‘Out of bounds’ planetary reminder:

Mars and Mercury are both travelling ‘out of bounds’. Mars is getting the physical ‘makeover’, accessing growth and expansion of consciousness in the physical body and Mercury’s getting the mental makeover, changing our thinking and exposing us to new ideas and potentials.

Nothing to lose but 'muggle' minds!

We’re getting new perspectives and maybe feeling more mentally muddled than usual as many different potentials are emerging from this state of being. The best way for us to negotiate this crazy road is just make a note of all the ideas offered up by the Gemini realm without trying to ground them into physical reality. There’ll be time for that later. The New Moon in Taurus may be a good time for some of these ideas to take root but we’re in a for the long haul with Mercury, our mind manager turning retrograde just as he comes back in bounds on 30th May.

From 30th May: Mercury retrograde in Gemini...sorting, reviewing, exploring, analysing new potentials!

From 30th May we’ll have 3 weeks of time to assess, analyse, sort, explore, discover the ideas we’ve been gathering. We may not even be aware that we’ve gathered these insights until Mercury comes back into everyday consciousness. This influx of ideas may hit us when Mercury moves retrograde. Being patient will be difficult with this Gemini energy which can have us running off in different directions scattering our energies and leaving us drained and frustrated.

Until 24th May: Mars is still out of bounds in Cancer...activation of new consciousness!

Healing regeneration and release!

We’re experiencing ‘the past’ within our physical bodies and lives, issues of 'the homeland', place of security, mothering and nurturing. Whenever a planet travels through Cancer unresolved energies/memories from the past could arise. It doesn't have to be a 'bad trip'.

More fears and aggression surfacing?

Issues of emotional insecurity and emotional release seem to playing out more than usual with aggressive acts with weapons popping up in local communities across the world. The ramping up of ‘war talk’ has also been happening since Mars moved into Cancer ‘out of bounds’...old fears and memories coming to the surface? In Australia there’s been political talk of ‘the drums of war’. We’ll see. Also interesting that the border issues in states and nations are now more to the fore in government 'speak' in relation to homeland security, the virus.

Physical: Cancer rules the stomach, digestive system and is an indicator of emotional security/insecurity issues.

We are so rooted in the earth it takes commitment, focus and faith to recognise, accept and utilise our gifts and talents beyond our physical reality. The unseen forces are the energies we harness when we align mind, heart, body and spirit to bring together our hopes and dreams.

As we change, grow and metamorphose our beings, our hopes and dreams are changing in alignment with that new growth. We need time and space, the stillness, the void and yes...the feeling of emptiness in which we receive the messages of our higher heart, mind, body and spirit.
