from the chair: 30th May 2021: Mercury retrograde, 2nd June Venus into Cancer

Hi everyone!

What a week! The intensity was ramped up by the solar activity leading into the Full Moon. I don’t know about anyone else but I do know I felt a huge relief and release of tension in the body once the moon came into fullness as the solar flares settled down.

We’re flying who knows where...

In honour of the Gemini Sun I posted this image of our balloons flying above the green earth into unknown destinations as we travel through the eclipse vortex where everything is being tumbled and tossed around as the ties and hooks to ‘what has been’ are being released.

It is in the ‘not knowing’ and accepting this process that we can rise to meet our destiny, our greatest potential.

We’re getting a different view of our world:

This is my favourite image of the Full Moon Eclipse taken in Sydney Botanic Gardens. It seems to capture perfectly the mood of the week, the time where everything is turning on its head and we’ve all turned into bats flying by radar. Everything is conspiring to assist us to change for the better!

Big Full Moon let go and let fly!

Disappointment out and enthusiasm in!

The Full Moon Eclipse challenged our ‘let go’ whilst activating and igniting hopes and dreams. They may not be fully into our conscious state just yet.

We need to be patient and allow the upcoming Mercury retrograde period of 3 weeks bring in those lost, discarded, forgotten dreams back into our psyche. They may arrive in a different form, in a different guise to what was before. Exciting times ahead as we fly in the face of our fears, doubts, insecurities and trust the universe.

From 27th to 30th May: The Moon out of bounds...heads up!

27th May: Out of bounds at 17 degrees Sagittarius

30th May: Moon in bounds at 3 degrees Aquarius

Be aware of these moon aspects as they can throw us off our usual course during this time. This doesn’t have to be a ‘bad trip’ but it will add to the emotional energies of the moon which will be travelling from Sagittarius, through Capricorn before it comes in bounds in Aquarius.

29th May: Mercury meets Venus in Gemini at 3.13 pm AEST

Birth of a new chapter: Heart & Mind!

Mind and heart energies come together in the sign of duality offering a birth of a new chapter in our lives. They're meeting in the outer spheres of new consciousness. Anything goes!

What’s interesting about this meeting is that it occurs as Mercury is virtually at a standstill when his energy is intensifying as he prepares to turn retrograde within the day of their meeting. For us, it offers an opportunity to consciously attune our hearts and minds in the potential unifying force of the conjunction/meeting.

All a bit up in the air...

Everything might seem a little confused with Mercury at his most intense, stationing and going nowhere in a hurry still out of bounds until tomorrow. Venus is still travelling out of bounds gathering new heart consciousness and expanding our options on the emotional spectrum.

Mercury between worlds:

Mercury is not in his ‘right’ mind meaning ‘usual mindset’ so everything is still upside down and inside out as we travel on the wave of the eclipse potentials for ongoing dramatic change which is likely to start manifesting after the New Moon Solar Eclipse in Gemini in 10th June.

Befuddled? That's the way things are just now.

Mercury might me the purveyor of ideas but at the moment, all ideas are up for consideration with nothing truly fixed.

Yes, it’s that time again: More checks and balances!

We might find we’re grateful for this breathing space with Mercury taking us into the discovery process of finding new prospects, potentials as we continue to choose our path of destiny over the forces of fate.

Lulled into stillness? Mercury in ‘stillness’ from 24th May to 4th June...easy tiger!

We more than likely needed the stillness of Mercury during this past week when the solar activity was going crazy opening up all the neural and respiratory pathways to let in the light! The Full Moon’s big energy and revelations gave us the space for receptivity as we were brought to a state of rest, sleep, to our knees. Our minds were switched off to the everyday while the light downloads opened us up spiritually through our whole being.

Discovering and reclaiming our lost fragments! Spiritual archaeologists!

The Mercury retrograde labyrinth invites us in to explore our minds, mental body and systems as we recover, reclaim, review and release one way or another.

We are fully in the discovery process of finding those lost aspects of ourselves and our minds which have been left behind in our history of this and/or other times and places. Dig deep and discover!

Remembering and reclaiming our divine power and authority!

We’re travelling the eclipse roller coaster! Hang on and let go!

We are remembering who we are as divine beings and choosing to unite our minds into the oneness that brings power and authority as spiritually attuned aspects of the larger soul family.

We have been travelling on the dual carriageway of the split mind for too long.

We’re seeking the signpost to the cosmic highway of one mind, one heart, one body, one spirit which will place us in those higher evolved dimensions of light and power beyond the mundane into what we see as the magical life.

The Destiny Roller Coaster is keeping us on track!

There are many roads to choose from but the destiny roller coaster has on track to reach our next destination as long as we’re willing to go with the energies, keep trusting, stay focussed on our deepest desires and know the universe brings us all that we need. We are safe, protected and completing our spiritual commitment this lifetime.

A GARDENER TRIMMING LARGE PALM TREES

This Symbol shows a clearing away of the garbage, impediments or evidence of the past in order to give a fresh, clean image. Getting in with the gloves and the tools in order to clear up and clean out can bring order and neatness to your environment. However, sometimes we like to have our past experiences, or wounds, on display, be they good or bad. This can bring admiration or, more likely, sympathy. But in reality, it’s best to cut out what's not needed or ineffective in your life as it leaves a space for better and fresher things to come along. Make a special effort to make things look their best, even if this leaves them somewhat without protection from lower, more basic elements. Trimming off nonessentials to get to bare reality. Caring for possessions. Doing work because it needs to be done. Throwing out rubbish. Editing superfluous things. Weeding.

30th May: Mercury returns from out of bounds

Enters retrograde all at the same time degree, same day!

Do we know if we are coming or going? Doing both!

Mercury is back from gathering new consciousness, new information from beyond our accepted understanding. This is perfect timing as the mental makeover which has been happening has effectively changed so much of our thinking and yet we may not be able to pin it down to anything in particular. Our minds have been wandering in new territory and we’re still experiencing ‘jet lag’ as he returns to ‘normality’. Could be wobbly, a little tense, nervy for a couple of days especially considering he’s turning retrograde on the same degree. Back from the future to the past!

Sorting and unravelling new knowledge in the light of the past:

Once he starts travelling retrograde we are likely to find out just how much the old mental karmic threads have released so we can embrace our spiritual archaeologist as Mercury takes to the retrograde labyrinth. This is going to be interesting as cosmic changes meet with past remembrances.

Home is where the heart is!

Venus might still be travelling out of bounds but we are being brought home to ourselves, our heart and our place of belonging. Cancer energies, being ruled by the moon, can bring up emotional insecurities, doubts and fears so it’s important during these next few weeks that we take time to reassure and comfort ourselves. Venus out of bounds can bring up wild cards as Venus expands and grows in new consciousness. Anything could happen. Accept the adventure and the journey.

Reassuring ourselves and others: Everyone’s a little wobbly sometimes!

Feeling safe in our bodies and our lives is the key to us manifesting our hopes and dreams. We can’t afford to harbour any wobbliness within ourselves. As we comfort ourselves in our lives, we can them offer comfort and reassurance to others that all is well and that we are on track for change for good.

Taking the reins in our own journey home:

Confidence is our key word for the next weeks as we hurtle through the eclipse change process. Our minds may feel muddled but they are clearing the mental body and the memory banks.

That’s all folks! Hugs all around!

Here we are continuing on our quest for divine reunion, peace, love and fulfilment. We’re hurtling through eclipse portal, the vortex of energy activating what was hidden and bringing it to light. We may be dealing with the fall out from the full moon eclipse and the solar activations of the past weeks. We’re being shaken up, woken up and challenged to accept and embrace our inner power of divine spirit.

We may feel isolated in our quest but our motivation is of the one mind, heart, body and spirit in this great expansion of consciousness. The loneliness of the long distance traveller has been experienced more in the past year or so with lockdowns and travel limitations. We are learning to find peace at home.

Love and blessings to us all as we continue through this passage on to the New Moon Solar Eclipse in Gemini on 10th with Mercury continuing to stir us up in our fixed notions, beliefs and practices as he offers us gems in the recovery process.
